Il giardino privato, completamente recintato, è chiuso da cancello, mentre la terrazza coperta è perfetta per pranzi e cene all'aperto. Situato in una strada privata, dove passano solo i residenti, assicura tranquillità sia di giorno che di notte mantenendo comunque la vicinanza al mare e al centro città, raggiungibili grazie alla bellissima pista ciclabile del Viale Apua.

Casina blu è un piccolo alloggio (tiny house) composto da camera cucina e bagno. E' dotato di Aria condizionata (caldo/freddo) , fornello elettrico, lavastoviglie, forno, lavatrice. E'una casa molto luminosa e soleggiata, ed è corredata da una bella Veranda dove si puo mangiare . Cè inoltre un ampio giardino dove si può fare barbecue e rilassarsi su comode sdraie. La casina blu è dotata di posto auto interno, si trova a 600 mt dal mare e dal Pontile di Tonfano dove si puo ammirare il tramonto.
