The appartment has a really great terasse with e stunning view towards Stresa and the three islands. Further the kitchen is well equipped so it‘s easy to cook your own dinner & enjoy the view. Only point: In summer it gets really warm inside because there are no blindes on the windows. But for us it was okay, we just left the windows open during nights & enjoyed the view.

The contact with Marco was wonderful, he responds quickly and was available throughout the stay with advice and assistance. He and his children charmingly welcomed us in their beautiful apartment. The apartment is super equipped: beds, kitchen and bathroom - everything is tip-top! People who like to cook are happy about an exquisitely equipped kitchen. We were also able to supply ourselves with fresh herbs from Marcos' balcony garden. The air conditioning did a very good job with the temperatures. The location in the old town of Intra makes it possible to get everywhere on foot and to get around without a car. The ice cream parlor Gelatomania is a must-visit on a walk! It cost us a few pounds! All in all, super nice and fun contact, wonderful accommodation in a charming town. We will be happy to come back!

Alessia was a very kind and accommodating host. If you have any questions or concerns, she was always available and responded super quickly. In addition, she often asked if everything was okay and sent us the best restaurants and (dog) beaches by message. The apartment is stylish and furnished with love for detail. There was even a gift, which made us very happy. Everything you need is available in the apartment, so you can enjoy a relaxing stay there. The garden is perfect for dog owners, because it is thoroughly fenced, so no escaping is possible :) Another plus is the existing air conditioning. All in all, the stay in Alessia's apartment was nice and relaxing.

We can fully agree with the previous evaluations. The hostess was very friendly and always responded quickly in the chat. There were three of us in the great apartment. There was a double room and a single room. Bed linen, towels and hair dryer were all available. On the large terrace, there was a seating area for dining and a lounge area, as shown in the photos. It would have been nice to have a deck chair with us. Parking the car at the house under the porch is not possible with travel limousines. This only works with small cars. We parked our car on the side of the road in the elongated niche and it was fine there. The road is not very busy. The residential area is quiet, located on the mountain. It takes about 10 minutes to get down to the village. You can eat well nearby at the mini golf restaurant, which is only a 10-minute walk away. There are few tourists here, mainly locals. The price structure is somewhat cheaper.

We felt very comfortable in the apartment. It exudes a very special charm with typical Italian flair - perfect for a little break. We especially enjoyed the beautiful terrace, which is ideal for eating outside. The apartment is a bit remote, but no problem by car. Parking is available within walking distance of the apartment. Towels, toilet paper, oil and spices must be brought or purchased on site. It is important to note that the stairs in the apartment are quite steep and somewhat dangerous - therefore not suitable for children or people with motor disabilities. The price-performance ratio was absolutely right for us. We would definitely come again.

I had a great time staying at the place! Everything was exactly as described – clean, cozy and well equipped. Communication with Antonella and Tiziano was super friendly and quick. The location was ideal, quiet yet close to everything you need. I would come back anytime and can only recommend the stay!

Nice appartement with beautiful view and very clean !

The holiday home DC2 Home was great! As a result, the holiday became one of the most fun for our family so far. The house was cozy, well equipped and we slept wonderfully through the good beds and air conditioning. Everywhere you saw an eye for detail and involvement with the guests of Oscar and Katrien. The pool was the icing on the cake: Totally private, beach beds under the palm trees with fantastic views of Lake Maggiore. The contact with Oscar and Katrien was also very pleasant. They were quick to respond to questions and thought along. Nearby was a lot to do for all of us: mountain biking (e-bike), hiking, ZIPline, shopping, swimming, golfing, eating out& eating ice cream in e.g. Intra and a day to Milan, Locarno etc . However, a car is indispensable. In short, we would also like to come back to this nice house and this beautiful area!
