The reality of this accommodation far exceeded my expectations! The interior spaces are well-kept and impeccably clean, and there are all the necessary amenities such as a dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine and an excellent set of pots. Obviously, the highlight of the house is the sea-view hot tub, which allows you to relax while immersed in the hills of the area. Alessia was a very kind and helpful host, even offering us a plate of cherries freshly picked from their trees. Thanks again and see you soon!

Rosella and her husband welcomed us courteously late in the evening upon our arrival. The accommodation is very clean, quiet and very close to the historic center which can be reached in a few minutes on foot. I already know we'll be back.

Great house in a good location. The high quality furnishings and furnishings are stylish and harmonize perfectly. The space is an experience and relaxation begins upon arrival. A refreshment awaits with the pool even on hot days. Worth mentioning is also the good location: Civitanova Alta is within walking distance and offers everything for everyday needs on site.

Quiet, charming place. 7 minutes from the waterfront. Very clean, very well equipped and quick to provide information both on site and in the apartment. Quiet place, you don't hear any noise, ventilated so you can eat outside with a nice breeze. Highly recommended.
