A pretty terraced house in the enchanting old town of Recanati! Wonderful tranquility, short distances, comfortable amenities and very nice and caring hostess! The city is on the hill and the view from Antonietta's house is so beautiful - an incredible expanse, the Mediterranean roofs and the good atmosphere of the city. Everything highly recommended.

We felt at home at Massimo's. Everything was as it should be and even better. The house was large, spacious and very clean. Perfect for our family of four plus a dog. The place is located far from the buildings, so you can relax in peace. The garden was large, perfect for spending time outdoors, and there was a large and clean swimming pool where you could cool off on hot days. The contact with Massimo was without reservations. He always wrote back within a few minutes and if we needed anything, he was always available. In the kitchen, there were basic food products to make coffee and eat something after a long journey. In addition, we received delicious wine, and as soon as it was missing, he always brought new ones. On the last day, we had delicious croissants for breakfast. I highly recommend this home. Everything was perfect. And we hope to return there.

Special stay in Lucia's very spacious apartment, with a beautiful garden and a breathtaking view of the Conero hills. Initially, the strong personality of the house has moved us a little, but we were greeted by Gigliola (Lucia's mother) with great kindness. Strategic location for the sea (15-20 minutes) and beautiful excursions (Loreto, Sirolo, Passo del Lupo). Going back to this "home" after our days was a real pleasure. Thank you Lucia! Immediately upon arrival, we were greeted by Fausto. With a translation app, everything was communicated to us. I think his friendly face makes everyone happy.😀 An atmospheric enclosed garden where our 2 large dogs had a wonderful time. Very nice that there was air conditioning available. The bed was great! Nothing was missing. Oh yes, the cheese slicer😀😀, but that is often missing abroad😀. The house is located within a small complex that could be closed. The sea can be reached within 7 minutes by car. It's not busy at all this time of year. We had 30 degrees and blue sky for 1 week. Fausto responds almost immediately to your questions. We visited: caves, fano, Loreto, Torre di palme and the sea. We would recommend this house!

We spent 10 days in Coppo/Sirolo and loved Alessias beautyful apartment. It is very clean and has a very good equipped , pretty new kitchen. The two bathrooms plus washing machine are also very nice. The apartment is close to the most beautyful beaches but still in a quiet area. Supermarket is close, also the bus station if you plan to leave the car. Alessia is such a lovely lady and always ready to help whenever help is needed. We definitely recommend her as a host!

What can I say? Everything went perfectly. The house is delicious, large, comfortable, with a view of the hills that slope to the sea that... makes you feel very good. The place is the perfect epicenter for those who want to "mix" the sea with daily excursions to discover all the beauty of this land.

The house is nestled in a village rich in history, and you can walk to both the sea and the surrounding woods, taking beautiful walks. We were greeted by co-host Antonella who did her best to help us with our luggage (our car was too big and we were unable to enter the square in front of the house). The ground floor has undergone a conservative renovation that respected the original materials but ensured significant efficiency, new bathrooms, new kitchen, excellent heating considering the many rooms. The house is cozy, bright, spacious (three bedrooms and two bathrooms) and there are two beautiful terraces with an unparalleled sea view. We had a great time and really enjoyed life in the village.

The place is a real work of art, which manages to take away all your worries and leave you to complete relaxation. The property is flawless, with attention to every detail from the garden, to the cottages, to the infinity pool overlooking the valley. The owners are people of infinite kindness, who know how to put you at ease and welcome you in the best possible way. If you find a way, go there, you won't regret it!!!!!

A beautiful , well designed apartment with fantastic views looking across to the centro storico. The en-suite bathrooms are a real bonus. It is on the third floor but there is a lift with one flight of stairs. It is located close to the main sites so the car can be parked up in the secure area and forgotten. Alessandra was very enthusiastic and helpful. We would definitely recommend this apartment.

Exceptional experience. Wonderful host. House a bomboniera.infissi for soundproofing, laundry area and garage for beach games and bikes. Everything perfect. Apartment 3 minutes from the sea. All amenities on the doorstep. Practically in the center. Apartment with all the comforts and super clean, cozy. An experience to be repeated.

We went to a wedding in a castle near by and had a wonderful stay in the condo. We loved the location and view of the sea!! Thank you all so much!!

We had a FANTASTIC weekend! We were very well received by Luca, in a house that is extremely well kept, in the smallest details both inside and out! Each attention is very delicate. We stayed for a week and had the absolute best time. Kristy and James are the perfect hosts, very nice and welcoming. We felt at home the second we arrived. The place and surroundings look beautiful and even better than the pictures. The apartment was super clean and had everything we needed. Also Bandit is just the sweetest dog and we miss him already. Absolutely recommend staying here!

Traveling as a couple, bright, friendly and very clean apartment with its own balcony and terrace, equipped with fly screens everywhere, personal, warm check in by Fabia, responded very quickly to questions, a lot of information material on site. Beautiful hiking area on Monte Conero, the sea/beach within walking distance, we could leave the car in front of the house and walk to the old town for dinner or aperitivo. Supermarkets, bakeries, etc. all within walking distance. Absolutely recommended!

The apartment is in a very good location and very nice. Outside of the crowd. The size is perfect for a comfortable multi-day stay. Everything is new and very clean. And Gian Marco is very available. I also appreciated the clear instructions regarding how the apartment works. A big thank you.

My family and I stayed in Francesco's apartment for a week. Francesco is a responsive, friendly and very helpful host. His apartment, clean and spacious, is located in the historic center of Sirolo and close to the Urbani beach (a stone's throw from the free shuttle house to the sea). APT as in the photos. Highly recommended!

Lorena is an exceptional host. Always present and available, he offers valuable advice on the surrounding areas. At check-in we found a bottle of local wine and a homemade jam as a welcome. Both excellent! The house is a stone's throw from the center and the sea. It is equipped with every comfort and is very clean. Comfortable environment, like feeling at home! Beautiful view, very responsive hosts. Omar and Silvia kindly let us borrow bikes during our stay and the town is very walkable and bikable. The apartment has everything you need. The balcony is great for watching the sunrise, and we got to see a storm roll by.

Judith and Piero welcomed us very warmly, we immediately felt very welcome. The view from the terrace offers magnificent views over valleys and hills to the snowy mountains. There was even a bottle of welcome wine and a fruit basket ready, very pleasant after a long journey. The apartment was fully equipped, we could easily take care of ourselves in the kitchen. We liked to notice Judith's restaurant tips and loved it. Overall a completely successful stay for which we are very grateful to Judith and Piero.
