This home offers a private setting within a small sleepy town. Just minutes from the White Lake Pier, downtown Montague, White River and much more. The home is set up great for families and pets with a lakeside view. There are three bedrooms, a living room with a fold out single bed and a futon downstairs that pulls out into a full bed. Downstairs allows for a great entertainment space and upstairs has a relaxing environment. Fully fenced in yard allows for dogs and kiddos to run around freely.

Everything you need to relax & recharge in one cozy space. Private entrance. This suite is an open floor plan with a small kitchenette that includes a fridge, microwave and stove with basic kitchen utensils and dishes. It is located in town close to stores, restaurants. Nice patio out back with covered area to grill out. Walking distance to the North Country Trail and 10 min from the new Dragon trail. There is one queen bed and a couch. It will comfortably sleep two guest.

The Cottage

Small Charming Cottage set in a beautiful wooded setting. People who have stayed here have seen deer, raccoons, fox, woodpeckers, and listen to the sounds of whippoorwills in the evening. There is a small patio out back, with outdoor seating and grill, with a fire pit nearby. It is Private and romantic yet still close to Silver Lake, Stoney Lake and Lake Michigan. Equipped with a full kitchen, bath, and laundry. Heat and AC available, AC is removed during colder months.

It's a short 15 min drive to either the excitement of Silver Lake Sand Dunes, or a relaxing stroll in downtown Pentwater. Enjoy smores by fire, while experiencing our beautiful sunsets. Plan a relaxing getaway at this cozy Lake Michigan cottage with private beach access. Our guest cottage was recently renovated. It’s small, but mighty and would be ideal for small families. There are two bedrooms which can sleep up to 4. The cottage has a front porch where you can relax and enjoy some views of the lake. It's a low bluff with an easy walk down to the beach. We have a private beach with a deck where you can enjoy the breathtaking sunsets!
