Squeaky clean but very compact. A little far from the centre of town. You will need a car or transport. Overall good value.

Bryan’s place was awesome. It was a very clean house with a brand new basement. It’s perfect if you’re planning for a short visit in Kingston, I really recommend Brian’s home.

Very responsive host and great location within easy walking distance of Queen’s University campus

spacious clean apartment with small but full kitchen, comfortable living room and comfortable king bed. a little tricky to find .. house numbers small ... and had a bit of trouble at check in .. but Barbara was very responsive to a phone call and greeted us with the key code we needed to get in. no river view as it was fall but just a short walk from house.

We stayed for 3 nights at this AirBnb and it was one of the best places I have stayed in a long time. The location was amazing and the patio outside gave us some great relaxing moments. You have the sunset right on the patio. Kurt was great giving us activities and restaurants recommandations, extremely responsive. He wanted to make sure everything was 5 stars, probably the best host I had over a 100 stays in Airbnb. Would definitely go back. The only odd thing is that there is no dining table inside which could be an issue during colder days when you can't eat outside. Also the single bed, is a foldable bed with a tiny mattress, probably useful only for young kids.

Absolutely nothing but good things to say about this listing. The area is convenient to everything, it’s so unique and eclectic and perfect for a getaway. 100% will stay again.

This place was a great find. The check in was smooth., and the place had amazing character and old world charm. I cant wait to go back when the renovations are complete.

We enjoyed our weekend stay! The house was very comfortable and close to downtown Clayton so we were able to walk to the shops.

The house is spacious, clean, and comfortable, with every common amenity. The owner was apparently considering customers' needs in detail, and prepared everything in advance. We especially like the private dock where we parked our boat, with a electric charging cable readily usable. A private marina is just across the small bay 50 yards away from the dock, with a waterfront gas station and a boat launching ramp conveniently available. It's also a very safe and quiet area. We definitely will consider renting the house again when we go back to the Thousand Island Park in the future.

This place truly felt like a home away from home—beautiful, peaceful, and even better than the photos! The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed—and more. The host was very kind and responsive. He let us use the firewood he had stocked, provided two BBQ grills, and had lots of board games perfect for kids. The house is fully carpeted, so using the front door with shoes can get messy. We used the back door through the garage so our shoes could stay inside. You can tell the host is very clean and takes pride in the home. There are also two canoes (we didn’t use due to weather). Thousand Islands Boat Tour is just 37 minutes away—perfect for a day trip. Would definitely stay again!

Hosts are excellent. House is in a great location with a very handy parking spot. I literally have no complaints. Will try to stay here next time in I’m Kingston

The view of the bay was stunning! We loved the little fire pit outside. The little town was quiet and the house itself was beautiful and clean. Since we were there in April, we used the wood stove every night just for ambiance. The house was very comfortable. Had a few questions about the door lock, but the manager went above and beyond with responsiveness and friendliness. Great place to stay!

An absolute Gem. We’ll definitely be back. A beautiful lake house, quiet and comfortable, 10 min walk to a local Diner, restaurants, and bar. The host is so friendly and communicative, Overall a great experience.

This place was perfect for our stay in Clayton. There are amazing restaurants and shopping just a short walk from the Dygert house and you are so close to the Saint Lawerence river.

We enjoyed our visit. The unit had everything we needed. Clean, lots of room. Central location to get to various areas or Kingston. Kitchen had amenities that enabled us cook for ourselves when needed during our stay.

The space was unique and extremely functional with very chic interiors. Wonderful location. Loved the front porch. Parking was easy and convenient. Would love to return!

This was a perfect place for our little family to stay for a long weekend while visiting family! The location is sublime, walking distance to everything in Clayton! Having our own parking spot was a plus! Would definitely stay here again.

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay. It was very clean and in a great location with many shops and restaurants in walking distance.

We had a wonder visit . Our family was visiting from Houston and enjoyed everything. Susan was wonderful. We had to contact her about something, and she responded right away, even thought she was about to board a plane. Everything was just perfect. Thank you for the memories.
