Beach apartment holiday rentals in Clearwater Beach Island

Beautiful view of the Gulf of America to watch dolphins, shipping carriers and cruise ships coming and going. The beach area is mostly crushed shells until you get to the water. Nice seeing the beach was patrolled by police regularly even in a gated area. Was able to see Manatee in the canal and watch fishing boats coming and going. Parking was easy. Condo is very clean and well decorated with that comfortable relaxing feeling - we enjoyed the balcony for awesome sunsets and star gazing or our morning coffee. The restaurant/bars are not within walking distance but were only a short drive (all of them had good food). You pay by card for parking at most locations. We would definitely stay at this beautiful location again - one of my most relaxing trips.

The condo was great. We really enjoyed our stay. It was clean and as described. The location is great and I loved being right on the beach. Checking in and out was simple and straightforward. The condo was larger than I expected which was nice. Definitely recommend.

We had a fantastic stay at Five Palms in Clearwater Beach! The condo was clean, well-equipped, and exactly as described in the listing. The kitchen had everything we needed for preparing meals, and having access to the pool was a great bonus after long days in the sun. The Five Palms team was exceptionally responsive and professional. Their attention to guest satisfaction really stood out. The property is ideally located for exploring Clearwater Beach - close to restaurants, shops, and all the beach activities you could want. We especially loved the peaceful mornings on the balcony and the convenience of having everything we needed within walking distance. Well maintained. Great location. The beach is beautiful. Balcony has great sunset views. A lot of kitchen supplies!! I love the Tupperware set for leftovers. Also so many spices. We had one small issue that was responded to quickly. Great customer service. We’ll definitely be back next year.

This condo was great! It was well equipped, clean, and a great location (close to the beach and nearby restaurants and attractions). Jason’s communication was great as well. We highly recommend a stay here!

Due to the hurricanes there was still some work going on at the Condo and on the beach. We completely understood and knew this might be the case coming in. Our goal was to relax and unwind and that is what we did! We loved the location - the ocean view from the deck and the short walk to the beach. The bed was relatively comfortable - not too hard. There were plenty of things in the kitchen to make using it easy. We walked and hung out on the beach a lot which was our plan. The pool is small but was nice. There are restaurants and stores within relatively close driving distance. When we had a question everyone was quick to get back to us. Overall a truly wonderful experience!

We enjoyed our stay here so much. The hosts are extremely responsive and helpful. We are a family of five and the space was perfect for us. The beach is beautiful and not crowded at all. It felt like we had our own private beach! The pool was also very nice. The house had everything we needed to stay comfortably. We used the beach chairs, umbrella, and sand toys daily! We will be dreaming about those amazing sunsets from the deck for months to come!

Great location. Perfect for a couple or solo traveler.

My husband and I needed a little staycation after a stressful few months. The little apartment at the beach was perfect. The location was beautiful despite the fact that the area is still recovering from a few hurricanes last year. The host was also very helpful and gave some great recommendations. The only negative thing that I can say is that my stay was too short. I look forward to staying there again.

The penthouse was even beyond our expectations. It was very modern, well decorated, clean, well equipped for our stay, including things for the beach. The view of the Sea Bay and Marina were spectacular. Would definitely stay here again. Already thinking about a winter trip. Thank you, Mindy for being so accessible.

We love the location. Very walkable to the beach and local restaurants. Host is always very responsive. We have stayed here twice and will likely stay again.

We had a great vacation in a great place to stay! The place was clean, had two comfy king bed bedrooms, bathroom was clean, patio was nice and the walk to the beach was an easy 2 minutes. There were beach chairs, beach towels, umbrellas available. I would definitely recommend this place!

The condo was beautiful. Clean and spacious. Lots of amenities. Close to the public beach, restaurants, bars, and shops. Plus David ordered a perfect week of weather for us! Wonderful.

We loved the condo. It easily fit our family of 5. The kitchen/living area was very spacious. The unit was very clean and well kept and looked newly remodeled. It had a lot of little details that were nice to have. For example, they had charging blocks on the bedside tables. The refrigerator was huge and easily held all of our groceries. The nugget ice maker was nice as well. The deck was nice with comfy outdoor chairs, where we all sat to eat breakfast. The king bathroom had the best soaking tub and huge walk-in shower. The washer and dryer were huge. It was so nice to fit our beach towels at the end of the day witbout having to do multiple loads. Max was very quick to respond when we had any questions. I am very picky and have high standards with my vacation accommodations, and I have to say this condo was by far one of the best places we've stayed!

We had a great time. Very very nice place to stay. Beach was right there. Not crowded even on the weekend. Just wonderful. Lots of seafood restaurants around the place. Very comfortable and large, enough space for 5 adults and one child. No hesitation in giving it 5 stars.

Communication with Dave was super easy. If I had any questions or I wanted to let them know anything they responded very quickly. We will definitely be back- even though we live across the bay-We still want to stay on the beach to remind ourselves we live in Florida. Beautiful stay! We will be back!!

Alex’s place was beautiful and the perfect size for my family of 5. There was some construction at the property, but Alex proactively notified us well in advance. The beach was awesome and steps from the property. Would highly recommend and would rent again.

Beautiful, peaceful, clean, friendly, and nearby to many restaurants and activities. We booked for our 1st wedding anniversary and it was a perfect place to take a break from hectic life. Right down the road from the tourist area of Clearwater Beach. Listing was extremely clean, loved the beach chairs, stocked well with towels and toilet paper, loved their shampoo/conditioner. Note that there is no clothes closet but does have drawers and a pipe with hangers that worked just as well. The balcony does not offer direct beach access and is quite small, but still lovely, and beach access is not far from the front door. Has good water showers outside for cleaning off after being in the beach. The bedroom is next to the dumpster, however we did not have a smell problem. The bed did sink in quite a bit. Overall, would DEFINITELY book again and highly recommend! Thank you for providing such a wonderful place!

Karla's place was beautiful. The photos are spot on. Karla was very friendly and quick to act on any questions we had. The condo had everything you would need on a vacation. The kitchen was totally stocked with everything you need. The couch in the living room was extremely comfortable and seated many people. The primary bedroom was huge. All beds were very comfy. Its always nice to have a washer and dryer. There was more than adequate beach items, chairs, umbrellas, coozies, coolers, and plenty of beach towels. I would highly recommend this condo. If we return to Clearwater, we would definitely stay there again

Sea Oats 303 was an amazing property to stay at! The condo was spacious and well equipped but most importantly the setting was all we had hoped for. The patio was large and we enjoyed watching the magical sunsets in the evening. Our mornings started with walks along the beach. At night we kept the patio door cracked open to hear the waves on the beach as we drifted to sleep on the comfortable beds. We highly recommend this property.

We adored this place! We have been coming to IRB for several years, and this is the best location on the beach in my opinion. Walkable to restaurants, coffee, our favorite ice cream shop, etc. The unit was fully stocked with several pantry staples, condiments, etc. which also saved us from purchasing and throwing away after a week. The other 3 families in the building were kind and friendly. We can't wait to come back!
