Very comfortable and clean. The apartment is stylishly decorated with comfortable furniture and bed. The kitchen is also extremely well equipped. George did not skimp out in making this place nice. We really enjoyed our stay.

I would recommend this place to anyone!! There was 4 of us, plus our fur baby. I know it’s not right on the ocean, but it’s just a short 15 minute drive to the beaches! Damian was an excellent host, responded right away. I had no issues whatsoever! The place was loaded with beach stuff, which we didn’t use. But, if you forget anything it’s nice that’s it’s available. Also had plenty of dishes if you want to make your own meals. He also sent a bunch of recommendations which was nice. The condo was very clean and homie feeling. The pool was nice, though we only used it once. We had a really quiet stay. I would most definitely come back to Damian’s condo. Thank you for such an excellent stay.

Condo was great! It's in a great location a block from the beach. Numerous restaurants and bars in walking distance. Beach chairs and umbrellas that you can take the beach are an added bonus!

Very nice place! Direct beach access, nice pool, lots of space and lots of beach toys and amenities at the house. Also, have us a couple hours of late check out for free which was nice but also expected since the place wasn’t book the next night. Will come again! (small downer was that the elevator was broken - but we could work around this)

Condo was great. We were in FL for a wedding and lots of scheduled activities. This served our needs for a comfy, convenient place to stay. Walked to breakfast daily, lots of cute places within a mile walk. Great walking path. Highly recommend staying here. Bed was extremely comfortable. Excellent communication all through the process. You won't regret booking this condo.

My husband and I needed a little staycation after a stressful few months. The little apartment at the beach was perfect. The location was beautiful despite the fact that the area is still recovering from a few hurricanes last year. The host was also very helpful and gave some great recommendations. The only negative thing that I can say is that my stay was too short. I look forward to staying there again.

We honestly couldn’t have picked a better place to celebrate our birthdays. From the moment we arrived, the owners were so warm and inviting. They surprised us with a few welcome goodies, which was such a thoughtful touch and really made us feel at home right away. The unit was beautiful—clean, spacious, and honestly felt like a little slice of luxury. The bed was super comfortable, and the towels and bedding were incredibly soft and fresh—you can tell they really take pride in keeping everything in top shape. The view of the bay was amazing, and we got to watch dolphins swim by from the unit, which was just magical. They had canoes available for us to use, which made for a fun and peaceful afternoon out on the water. The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach, shops, and restaurants. They gave us some great local restaurant recommendations too, and we ended up trying a few that we might have otherwise missed. Can’t wait to come back. Thanks Lyn & Frank

Lisa was very accommodating, she let us check in early. Place is beautiful, clean and well stocked. Close to beach. She even bought my fur baby a bed and some toys. Would definitely stay again!

We had a great vacation in a great place to stay! The place was clean, had two comfy king bed bedrooms, bathroom was clean, patio was nice and the walk to the beach was an easy 2 minutes. There were beach chairs, beach towels, umbrellas available. I would definitely recommend this place!

The condo was beautiful. Clean and spacious. Lots of amenities. Close to the public beach, restaurants, bars, and shops. Plus David ordered a perfect week of weather for us! Wonderful.

Stayed for a weekend and everything was perfect! The location is amazing, right next to John’s pass and Madeira Beach. Nice little condo complex, quiet and safe neighborhood. Everything was as described inside. Would go back again, very happy with our stay.

I could not recommend this place enough! The place was spacious and worked perfectly for a couple with a young baby. They had everything stocked to use, such a dish soap, kitchen supplies, laundry detergent, beach chairs and floats, high chair, pack and play, etc. The hosts were super responsive and helpful. The condo was quiet and family friendly. The unit has a great view of the ocean and access to a heated pool and hot tub. We would go back!

We had a wonderful stay. Our host communicated extremely well and was very responsive. Loved the free amenities that were offered, such as bikes, kayaks and even floats at the pool. Nothing but positive feedback for this place. Highly recommend!

From the moment that I walked in to the condo I was impressed. Everything looked exactly like the pictures and the condo was super clean. I felt very safe and never worried about anything as the condo was really stocked with everything that I needed. The pool was wonderful and I spent almost every day there for about 6 hours a day. I was close to grocery stores, Dollar tree, restaurants, Walmart, and any place else that I needed. I was so impressed with the Airbnb that I already reserved for May of 2026. The house was beautiful in a perfect location! The pool in the backyard was wonderful to jump into after a day at the beach. The ocean was the prettiest shade of clear blue/green. We will definitely be returning!

Bryan’s property is beautiful. This was our 2nd stay and everything was just as perfect as the year prior . The kitchen is wonderful for preparing meals , the beds were very comfortable as well as the leather sectional and everything was spotless. We enjoyed the watching the dolphins in the bay and the pool was great. The location was ideal , just a short stroll to the beach and restaurants and shops were within walking distance. This condo is truly lovely!
