This self contained 1 bedroom annexe with king size bed + seperate lounge with portable air con unit/fans, sofa bed, extra spare bedding , washing machine, dryer, WIFI , short walk (15 minutes) to beautiful river and canal path walks, farmshop or local high street. The owners have 2 cocker spaniels so dont mind clients bringing one well behaved pet on holiday too. Basic Breakfast supplies will be provided too.

This is a full self check in property on 3 floors with 3 spacious bedrooms. Full house facilities provided. Located near Bradford/Leeds/Huddersfield for an easy commute. Children under 2 years of age are free. Bedroom 1 with en-suite has a super king bed. Bedroom 2 has a king bed. Bedroom 3 has a double bed. Bedroom 1 has en-suite with shower toilet and sink. Bedroom 2 has a full separate bathroom room next to it. Downstairs has another toilet and sink. Any questions are welcomed. 😁

We welcome Small to medium dogs but please note we don't allow them to be left unattended but we have no issues with pet crates.

This is a beautiful country cottage. The entire cottage is to rent with 3 double bedrooms. The bedrooms are sumptuous with top of the range bedding feather pillows and feather duvets. There’s one king sized bed . 1 Queen sized bed and 1 double bed. I renovated the place top to bottom a few years ago . Guests will have 2 bathrooms. If you like minimalist style this may not be for you, however if you love character, cosyness and a home away from home, welcome to my cottage!
