This is a great place to stay! There was so much room! We had 6 adults and 2 little kids. Everyone could either congregate inside or outside or do their own thing. The game room was a great feature. We had some fun family competitions! The pool was so nice to escape the heat, then a dip into the hot tub before heading back inside at night was great! If you have a chance to stay here, don’t pass it up!

Maria’s place always delivers. It’s quiet, clean, and full of amenities. Instructions were clear and concise. Plenty of space for our group. We enjoyed the weather and views from the pool. We played a few golf courses in the area, which were super close to the house. We look forward to visiting again. 10/10 would recommend.

It was a perfect spot for 2 families to share! Very family friendly and the most beautiful backyard.

This was one of our favorite Airbnbs we’ve stayed at! The view was amazing!! We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub, and we liked playing basketball too! We didn’t want to leave!

The Grant House was phenomenal. Every space in the house was usable, clean, and inviting. The outdoor space was not only BEAUTIFUL, but great for hosting a family get-together— we’ve already booked again for a birthday party in a few months. The space is roomy so even with many people, it does not feel cramped and we enjoyed using the kitchen for dinners. Nicole was friendly and always quick to respond with questions/concerns. She had made this stay feel luxurious with nice bedding (our fave part was the comfy bed and pillows— literally bought the same pillows after our stay), appliances are nice, and the furnishings are nice and cozy. Thanks again!!

The house was perfect for our family. It was centrally located to "Nature's Trifecta" surrounding the Grand Junction area. We were able to spend the day exploring and the evening relaxing in the pool. We loved it! Did I mention the view?!! Spectacular!

Great place to be within walking distance to the University. Great coffee options. good strong eater pressure and a nice quite neighborhood.

Wow! If you are ever in Palisade this is an amazing place. We came for the Bluegrass Concert and wanted to stay forever. Krisit was such a great host. Highly recommended.

Great Airbnb right in the middle of downtown Grand Junction and Palisade! We enjoyed the shopping and restaurants in GJ and the fruit stands, wineries, and hiking in Palisade. The Airbnb had comfortable accommodations, wonderful sheets/towels, and tons of room for our girls trip. We would definitely come back here again!

This was an amazing place to stay with great views and lots of room to roam around both inside and out.

We had the best time at the house and fell in love with all of the animals! The property was wonderful! The animals were the best part of our stay! Loved everything about it! We will definitely book again if we are ever in the area again.

A few of us stayed for work and had no issues! Mary was friendly and communicative, and we actually already tried re-booking with her for this week, but it was booked, so we will definitely be coming back.

Barbara has a COZY HOME espeacily during the time we showed up .it was in the 100 degrees and when we got there it was deffinatly the place to cool down and decompress after a work day. would deffinatly stay here again ! lots of room super clean and bed were comfy as heck ! thanks for letting stay in your home !

I absolutely loved Chance’s place! Wish I could have stayed longer. It is very well decorated and perfectly clean. Chance was a friendly and responsive host. I am already looking at booking a longer stay for later this year. I grew up in the area and love the location. The Fruitvale area makes perfect base case for adventure throughout the Grand Valley!

This house was perfect for our family of five. We had plenty of space to relax on the comfy couches. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook dinner and was labeled for ease. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. I highly recommend this house if you are in Grand Junction and need a cozy place to stay.

This was a wonderful vacation. We spent the days trekkiing through the national parks and we're exhausted when we got back. Popping into the hot tub for a relaxing soak was absolutely wonderful at the end of the day. Everything was clean and very comfortable, and the hosts were very responsive.

This is a beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood. Far enough out of town to be peaceful but close enough to enjoy the city. Jeffrey is very responsive and the home was very clean.

Really great spot right next to the trails! We loved the bike racks in the garage, the swings and the hot tub! We will definitely be coming back!

We loved our anniversary get away! It was perfect location to get to restaurants as well as driving in and out of Palisade! Their place was so clean and exactly what we expected from pictures! Laura was so responsive and even left a list of their favorite places to visit in town. We felt so safe during our stay here. Will definitely find a reason to rebook with them!!!
