So beautiful! It was also within 45 min of Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, and Knoxville! My boyfriend and I had so much to do and when we returned to the cabin it was so peaceful. Everything was very clean and cozy. The host was very helpful with everything and recommended things to do as well!

We really enjoyed how peaceful it was. Very responsive host. We would stay here again.

I just happened upon this place looking at possibilities in the area, and I'm so glad I did. Honestly, I had booked another place and stayed 1 night and decided we were gonna look for something else. The greatest selling point of this place is when you walk into the front door and turn to your right and you see the view looking out across the lake, it's almost breathtaking, no joke. My daughter said it's the most beautiful place we've ever stayed in. I loved the pool table, the old Pac-man and Galaga console, the flat screen tvs all around, the hot tub around the back side. I wish we could have stayed longer. Denis was very helpful. I needed to extend our stay another day and he helped me get it figured out. My mistake was something I had to fix quickly, and Denis responded right away. He also gave some clear instructions to me about front door code, wi-fi password, and instructions on check-in and check-out. We had a great time and we plan to go back for a longer stay. The location was perfect—tucked away just enough to feel private and peaceful, but still close to everything we needed. The cabin itself was cozy and well-maintained, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. One of the highlights was definitely the hot tub. It was clean, perfectly heated, and the ideal way to unwind in the evenings while enjoying the quiet of the woods around us. Whether you're sipping coffee on the porch in the morning or soaking under the stars at night, this place offers a perfect escape from the everyday hustle.

We had a great time here! There were lots of activities to do at the cabin. The kids loved the loft. They played air hockey and the arcade machine, and my youngest really enjoyed the movie closet. Would definitely recommend and would love to come back!

The birds nest was perfect for our weekend trip to Asheville. The house was very clean and organized. Had everything we needed, plenty of towels and a perfect location. When you are on the patio or walking through the garden you understand why it is named “little bird”. Just loved it.

We enjoyed our stay. Super cute cabin. We had a couple of small issues after checking in but host took care of it immediately.

Due to the floods last year the driveway looked rough at midnight when we arrived, but it was fine. There were activities in the cabin for littles, which we didn't need, but it would be great for families with littles for sure. The kitchen was supplied with pans for cooking, dishes and silverware for eating. There was a blanket for the dogs so they could sit and sleep with us like at home. The porch overlooks the river and the sound of the water was super relaxing.

Great place for a family trip. This house is extremely clean and well maintained. In a quiet secluded neighborhood but not far at all from the attractions. Plenty for the kids to do in the house when you need some down time from the attractions. The host is very helpful and responsive. Highly recommend her. There was 3 in our party but the house would accommodate more comfortably. Also, checkout was a breeze. The host only asks you to do a few things that are just general rules of being a good guest anywhere. I would boom again and recommend you do too.

We would 1000% stay again! We barely left the home because the views and the comforts were perfect for a vacation. They have every amenity you could ever ask for. There were appliances in the kitchen that we never used but we were impressed by alll of the options. The beds are comfortable and it’s easy to feel at home. As for the driveway- it is quite steep and looks intimidating but people that have experience driving on mountain roads will be totally fine! I made it with my Honda Accord. Book your stay, you won’t regret it!

The cabin was set in the most peaceful little spot. We enjoyed our stay and our toddler loved the books and hanging out in the loft area. We already want to plan another trip!

Perfect place for my husband’s family yearly reunion, the house is an old country home, that’s what my husband and sisters loved the most. The location was so beautiful! We spent hours out by the creek. So serene and peaceful. We made s’mores and watched fireflies in the evening. The small cabin was cute and met our needs perfectly. Cabin is a little dark inside but we wanted to spend time in the beautiful surroundings outside every moment that we could, so that wasn’t a problem. Two bedrooms upstairs which each had their own A/C and one bathroom downstairs. Comfortable furnishings in living room. It’s amazing how well Ron and De made use of the space. Washer/dryer were tucked under the stair case behind a wall that folded out for access. Very clever! My 12-year old grandson was happy with the WiFi. We normally have a hard time pulling him away from his video games, but even he was intrigued by the creek and grist mill and spent time with us outside. The cabin is within a few minutes of Pigeon Forge and lots of dining options there! We had a wonderful time!

This is an exceptional destination. Absolutely beautiful and the river was very relaxing to hear. The mountains and the animals we saw were an added bonus. It is everything and more than we were hoping for. We will absolutely return.

Great place to stay just to get away, lots of local trails see. Good view and very secluded. 4WD is definitely recommended to get up the driveway.
