Holiday rentals with a patio in Clintonville, Columbus

We didn't need any help, but part of that was because of Michelle being proactive when it came to checking in. The place was really cute, very clean, and the beds were comfy. I will try to use her place again next time I'm in town.

This stay was even better than the pictures! The property was incredibly peaceful, surrounded by the calming sounds of nature that made it feel like a true escape. The hosts went above and beyond with so many thoughtful touches—snacks, bathroom essentials, and kitchen amenities—that made our stay extra comfortable and personal. Every detail was so well thought out. We would absolutely stay here again!

Alezah’s apartment is just amazing. The family loved and so far is the best place I’ve been in Columbus area. Cozy, great neighborhood. Definitely is gonna be the place I will always look for on my next trips to Columbus

Evan was a spectacular host. Very responsive and easy to communicate with. We had an issue with the a/c upon arrival and he quickly took care of it! I would highly recommend his place and would, without a doubt, stay here again. Clintonville is a thriving little community and restaurants were in walking distance. Kroger and a Dunkin Donuts close by were also a perk for us!

Erich was truly one of the best hosts I’ve ever had. From the moment I booked, he was quick to communicate, kind, and incredibly thoughtful. He provided detailed check-in instructions and even shared a list of local spots to check out, which made settling in so much easier. The place itself was spotless, comfortable, and had everything I needed. It felt like a home away from home. Throughout the stay, he checked in just enough to make sure everything was going well, without being intrusive. That balance of friendliness and professionalism is rare. I felt right at home but also on a proper vacation at the Italian Villa! Yummy coffee machine, modern updates and appliances, such a fun and functional feel in the whole space! Perfect for hang outs with friends and family. Plus parking and so many amenities! Will be back!

Great stay. Neighborhood was perfect for walking around to High Street and other spots. Beds were comfy. Parking was so easy. Just be aware there is another Air BnB above… they were pretty loud (which we always expect) but their visitors kept knocking on our door and ringing the door bell late Saturday night… I reached out to our host and he responded right away and contacted the guests above which we appreciated. Aside from that, we would definitely stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay. It was a great location. We were able to walk to dinner every night. The apartment was just as he mentioned in the listing. It was comfortable, clean, and perfect to wind down after our conference each night.

John's place worked perfectly for us. We were able to walk to dinner and had a parking spot we could leave the car in.
