Ai piedi di splendidi terrazzamenti, in una posizione comoda, a 800 metri dalla Basilica di Tirano e a 5 minuti d'auto dalla stazione del Trenino rosso del Bernina, Cà Merlo Rosso è una casa vacanza (CIR: 014078-CIM-00001) situata in una grande abitazione di sasso, con entrata autonoma e posto auto all’aperto riservato agli ospiti. L'appartamento si trova al piano terra, fronte giardino con un dondolo e un tavolino con sdraio. Ideale per due persone ospita anche un terzo ospite o due bambini.

L'orto

L' appartamento è inserito in una casa tipica di pescatori completamente ristrutturata che si affaccia direttamente sul lago di Como accanto ad una delle spiagge più rinomate, riva Bianca. Dalla casa si gode di uno splendido panorama. La casa non dà direttamente sulla strada così da non disturbare la quiete e il relax. Davanti ci sono un giardino con orto, un bel prato e l'accesso diretto alla passeggiata sul lago. Il mio alloggio è adatto a coppie, famiglie e amici pelosi (animali domestici).

The cozy apartment "Mansarda con vista lago" is located in Sulzano, only a short walk from the shores of Lake Iseo (Lago d’Iseo). The 60m² apartment consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a bedroom as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Ristrutturata di recente con a vista sottotetto in legno antico. Ampia ed accogliente, con panoramica vista lago e una camera da letto su soppalco. Come riscaldamento abbiamo una bella stufa a legna in ghisa ,facile da accendere e subito crea un ambiente caldo e romantico! la legna si pagherà a parte alla alla consegna! Essenziale la cucina con microonde,macchina caffè americana, TV Sat .Taverna con volta e camino.

Casa con fantastica vista La Valenzana (Dominga)

Casa di campagna recentemente ristrutturata con splendida vista sul lago di Como composta da due appartamenti indipendenti. L'appartamento DOMINGA al 2°piano è composto da zona giorno con grande terrazzo panoramico e da tre camere doppie. E' necessario firmare delivery fotografico al chek-in per la presenza di oggetti preziosi che fanno parte del arredo.
