Langland View is a delightful cottage 50 meters from the Golf Club, 150 meters from Langland Bay, the Brasserie, public tennis courts and the coastal path. You have exclusive use of this spacious property and outdoor terrace with fabulous sea and golf course views. Mumbles village is a brisk 20 minutes walk. The house is family-friendly, dog friendly and great for friend groups, but please no loud parties.

Welcome to our cosy 1 bedroom ground floor annexe apartment, nestled in the heart of the lovely village of Pennard/Southgate. Located just a short walk to Pennard Castle, the stunning Three Cliffs Bay and Pobbles. Along with a golf club and course, local pub, cafes and convenience stores, a park, library and chemist. A perfect starting point for exploring Gower and beyond, we offer a parking space right outside and are a 1 minute walk to the bus stop which offers routes to and around Swansea.

Sea Breeze is a very charming open plan house with it's own private parking spaces. It has a well-equipped kitchen, the dining area caters up to 6 persons and the spacious lounge offers a comfortable seating area with electric fire and Smart TV. The French doors allows a continuation of the romantic feel with its cosy outside terrace and sea view while upstairs offers 1 King sized bed, 1 double and 2 singles. There are 3 bathrooms each with a shower with the main bathroom offering a bathtub.

This beautifully presented and fully refurbished holiday cottage was originally built in 1892 and is situated on the edge of a quiet wooded area above Underhill park. It is a 5 minute walk from the beaches of Rotherslade and Langland and a 10 minute walk to Oystermouth castle and the village of mumbles. It has private parking for 2 vehicles in a double car port. Parking is also available at the roadside above the cottage. Nearby activities: watersports, surfing, fishing, golf, walking.

Waterfront Suite in our Townhouse

Your private suite is just 15 metres from the sea in our seafront home, with uninterrupted views across Swansea Bay. Step onto the new promenade or use the slipway opposite for swimming or paddleboarding. The space includes a king-size bed, large corner sofa (also a sofa bed), dining/work space, full-size fridge, and a modern shower room/WC. While there are no cooking facilities, the suite is equipped with cutlery, plates, bowls, and glasses, along with tea, coffee, and milk.

It’s a short 5 minunte walk to the seafront promenade where you can enjoy walks and take in the sea air, and a further 10 -15 minute walk into Mumbles with all of the amenities including a wide variety of local shops, cafes, bars and restaurants. Located on the Gower, our beautiful stable conversion is set in a peaceful location on its own grounds. Surrounded by countryside its ideal for walkers, biking and a short drive from the beaches. Newly decorated and furnished, this contemporary farmhouse has a classic feel with modern features including underfloor heating. I will personally meet and greet on arrival.
