Enjoy a relaxing stay in a modern, fully-furnished, self-contained annexe surrounded by the National Trust’s Killerton Estate in the East Devon countryside. A perfect location for hikers and bikers with public footpaths and cycle paths on the door step. The local pub and village shop is also within walking distance. Exeter City is just 6 miles away and the rest of glorious Devon is within easy reach by car. Parking for 1 car if require a second space please contact prior to stay to arrange.

Nestled away in Broadclyst, is our recently converted Stables. Just a 15-minute drive from Exeter City Centre and Supermarkets situated in a neighbouring village. The Stables is a few fields away from the local pub, enjoying wonderful countryside walks from the doorstep with Killerton Estate within walking distance. Sleeping 4-6 across two bedrooms, one a king and the other a twin/superking. A double sofa bed is available in living area.  Parking available, garden, BBQ and outside seating.

The upstairs bedroom has 2 double beds, and 2 dressing table/study areas + TV. On the ground floor there is a newly equipped kitchen, with induction hob, cooker, fridge,microwave, toaster etc. Lounge area has a sofa bed, TV+DVD player. Well equipped shower room. Outdoor decked dining area. Under 2’s charged at the same rate as an extra guest.

Newish barn conversion ‘The Wendy House’ set within the graceful National Trust village of Broadclyst. The Wendy House is a new renovated conversion full of modern convenience despite it being set within the historic 1800’s once working farm. This modern one up one down is lined with the exposed beams of the old Cob barn, it has all mod cons including wall hung smart tv , it has an outside seating area which looks out onto our working yard which is secure .
