We had a wonderful stay here! The view from the balcony is breathtaking. We were travelling with a 10 month old baby and we had all the things we needed to make the stay as comfortable as possible. The flat is amazing! Also parking the car was easy and safe. The pool area was a cherry on top! We would like to come back one day.

I have stayed in many places. Massimo's place is by far the best. He takes great care of the guests and is very kind and welcoming. His place has everything you need and it is very clean and spacious. He has thought about all the details so his place is very well equipped. He is also very good at providing information and is excellent at communication. Thank you for everything we will be definitely be back again.

We had a great stay at the apartment, which is just as stunning as the photos. It’s a good base to explore the lake and Sebastian provided a useful guide for nearby restaurants and attractions.

Wow wow wow! What a great stay! We stayed for 5 nights with 3 guests in this wonderful place! We were welcomed, found car parking super easy, entered a wonderful styled and perfectly clean apartment with all kitchen amenities you might need. Nico also gave us some great recommendations and was super friendly. The most beautiful time of the day was the breakfast mornings on the balcony ❤️❤️❤️ We will definitely come back ❤️💚✨

Beautiful stay with an amazing view!

A little slice of heaven on Lake Iseo! This apartment is a pure gem: very well equipped, comfortable and perfectly located near the ferry, and within a short stroll of great restaurants, cafes and grocery stores. Camilla was very helpful and friendly- greeting us on arrival and helping us navigate the ferry schedule over Easter weekend. The views are as stunning as described by others- 3 balconies each with a different view- encompassing not only the lake but a medieval tower, stunning lakefront villa and gardens and a Roman church. We would give Lac du maison 10 stars if we could!

A beautiful clean apartment and a lovely responsive host.

The place was clean and tidy. The train didn't run, so it was quiet on the rails. The walls are extremely clairaudient, you can hear the neighbors talking.

The greeting upon arrival was excellent, we were offered an upgrade as some guests had cancelled due to weather, a nice gesture! The appartment was well furnished, clean and very comfortable. The location is excellent. Far enough from the busy touristic Bellagio but close enough to walk. The ferry pick up is just steps away. The grounds are immaculate and large enough to get a good run in every morning (5km) track style staying on the stone path that twirls the 42 hectar property. The grounds allow you great views of Tremezzo and Villa Carlotta accross the Lake and you can swim if the tempersture permits on the stairs that access the Lake. This is really a great place to stay! We could not recommend Antonietta’s place enough! Not only was Antonietta incredibly welcoming and flexible for our late check-in, but she was on hand for our whole stay if we needed her, Antonietta was a highlight of our whole trip, her warm hospitality is unmatched! The place itself is beautiful, the view takes your breath away and a perfect base for exploring Menaggio. Antonietta gave us clear instructions for walking down into town which is really easy, however it is uphill on the way back! Everything was clean, the bed was super comfy and the kitchen was well equipped. Perfect location for exploring Lake Como and quieter than the usual tourist hotspots. Don’t hesitate, this is the place to stay in Menaggio! Thank you so much Antonietta, we will be back!

This is a really beautiful place to stay. The apartment is well appointed, the pool is lovely and the gardens and outdoor space is stunning. Gabi is an excellent host who works hard to look after guests, giving the place the feel of a boutique hotel, with the privacy and convenience of self catering. We’re already planning on going back.

Incredible views. Highly recommend renting a scooter to make commute up and down the hill much easier. 10/10 would stay here again.

Great, great place! And as important (more?), I great, great host! Marco is one of the truly great hosts! Location was great, place was spotless and equipped beyond expectations! I had lost my razor along the way, and to my amazement, there was an individually wrapped "shaving kit", along with other little kits of things people forget! I honestly don't recall more comfortable sleeps than my nights here! All around truly one of the best! Highly, highly recommended!

Amazing place! Matteo is a fantastic host, super kind, patient and friendly. The place is in a very nice and quiet neighborhood, a short stroll from the center of the lower Bergamo, and some 20 minutes from the upper city. The apartment is spacious, extremely clean, and is equipped with everything you could need for both short and longer stays. The terrace has a nice view of upper town and the local area. The check-inn is seamless and easy. The central AC, can not cool the apartment below 20 degrees, so if someone likes to sleep in a cold cold apartment, that is a useful info. Overall impression is excellent. Very recommended.

This family stay went extremely well; we enjoyed Luca's accommodation, which perfectly matched the description. The charm asset: the spa and the jacuzzi with a breathtaking view of the lake 😍 A big thank you to the co-hosts Andrea and Carla for their kindness and responsiveness in the exchanges before, during and after our stay. I would recommend it in a second!

Wonderful spacious apartment. Very clean. It was myself and my 2 children however could easily accommodate a bigger family. Walking distance to all restaurants and stones throw from the water. We felt comfortable and very safe.

Absolutely incredible place. We didn’t want to leave the apartment! The view is probably the best we have ever seen. Mattie and Els are great, the flat was clean. We cooked a couple nights and sat out on the balcony enjoying the view. There’s lots of information which will help. We were able to walk down to the town using their advice through a footpath and also the free bus service is extremely helpful, especially when you’ve had a couple bottles of wine! Would definitely recommend. Thank you Mattie and Els!

The apartment was an absolute dream! Even more lovely than we expected. The apartment itself is beautifully renovated and lit, all the amenities, comfortable, spacious, and then there is the big, peaceful, lush garden with access straight onto the lake. Just incredible. And the place is an easy 10 minute stroll into the centre of Salo, which was just perfect for us with its long promenade, plenty of cafes, restaurants and gelaterias!
