Located within walking distance to tons of Cocoa Village restaurants/shops, great launch views, a 15 minute drive from Port Canaveral and Cocoa Beach, and a 40 minute drive to MCO. Enjoy the quiet backyard patio with a BBQ grill and firepit available for your use. Day trips to Orlando are easy from here. Your hosts live next door and are happy to help, or stay out of your way depending on your needs and wants.

Relax in this beautiful three bedroom two bath home at the end of a cul-de-sac. Bedrooms have two queen beds, and one king size bed. All the bedrooms have TV’s and the living room has a large TV. 15 minutes from the beach. 50 minutes from Disney and the attractions. Free high-speed Spectrum Wifi. Kids friendly with large backyard. All the utilities available as you expect from a single-family home. Parking available for 2 to 3 cars outside the garage. The garage is not available for the guests.

Majestic River Gardens

Welcome to The Majestic River Garden. This charming cottage was built in 1945 before this era of cookie cuter homes where every house in the neighborhood looks the same. The home is at one of Floridas highest elevation points sitting 40ft above sea level which gives you an incredible view of the Indian River. If you look over the neighboring roofline you can spot NASA's VAB building. The home has original charm however does boast modern updated ceramic wood floor and a modern updated kitchen.

The Nest

The Nest has undergone a major renovation/expansion with the addition of a full kitchen/dining and separate bedroom. It is an adorable, lavishly decorated lower level, 700 sq ft cottage on a large property located along the Indian River and three blocks from the heart of Cocoa Village. Laundry facility is next door to the Nest and shared with upstairs unit. It has a private courtyard. Parking onsite for one only normal-sized vehicle. No Cleaning Fee on 1-2 day stays. Max two guests.
