Orchard cottage is a cosy 2 bedroom detached property set in the heart of the ancient village of Holcombe in the beautiful county of Devon. Ideally situated less than 10 minutes walk from the beach and a few minutes by car from the towns of Dawlish and Teignmouth. The cottage consists of, upstairs, a bedroom with a double bed and another with two singles, bathroom with bath/shower & WC,down stairs a very cosy lounge and good size kitchen/dining room. Dogs welcome, maximum of 2 medium/small ones.

Many beautiful and interesting places to visit within a short distance. Less than 2 miles from beaches at Dawlish and Dawlish Warren. Powderham Castle and ferry to Exmouth nearby, also local boat trips. River Exe cycle trail and coastpath 1 mile. Lovely views over open fields to the Haldon hills. We are a Devon County Wildlife Site for Cirl Buntings and plenty else. Safe, pretty enclosed garden for children. Also field to use and countryside park 5 minutes away. Off-road parking.
