The other seasons, rich in colors of flowers ; lulled by the song of birds, the murmur of a stream awaits your admiration. Our cottage is a solid and spacious nest witness of a know-how sometimes forgotten. Numerous sheltered terraces and balconies (100m²) allow an outdoor life even in bad weather. A plank frame more than 200 years old testifies to the solidity of the construction. Sometimes low openings invite daily exercise beneficial to a good physical condition and prove the energy management concern already present at this time. Apartment at 1500 m, magnificent view of the mountains. Ski at the bottom of the building directly at the Manigod resort (La Clusaz ski area). Merdassier snow front is lively during the winter with night skiing on weekends and holidays. In summer you can enjoy walks, an outdoor swimming pool (July/August, €4 and €2 per day) playgrounds (tennis/ping pong/swings). Shops and rentals (ski/mountain bike) in season downstairs from the building.

Enjoy direct access to nature with this 18 m2 studio on the ground floor and its private terrace to relax after a day of adventure with stunning views of the Etale. The studio is located 50 m from the slopes and 800 m from the heart of the resort.
