Ski locker on the ground floor of the residence. At the foot of the shops, slopes and the ESF, the apartment includes: main room with sofa bed, equipped kitchen (cooking hobs, microwave oven, raclette and fondue machine, Senseo), mountain corner with bunk beds, toilet-bathtub cabin. In summer, enjoy the heated outdoor pool.

Apartment at 1500 m, magnificent view of the mountains. Ski at the bottom of the building directly at the Manigod resort (La Clusaz ski area). Merdassier snow front is lively during the winter with night skiing on weekends and holidays. In summer you can enjoy walks, an outdoor swimming pool (July/August, €4 and €2 per day) playgrounds (tennis/ping pong/swings). Shops and rentals (ski/mountain bike) in season downstairs from the building.

With the slopes just 50 meters away, a municipal swimming pool for relaxing in summer (July-August), and stunning mountain views, it is the ideal location for a holiday all year round. Also take advantage of the many activities organized by the Manigod Tourist Office. Free parking and free shuttles available during school holidays for a worry-free stay.

The accommodation is located at the foot of the slopes in a family resort. Shops and amenities nearby: restaurants, supermarket, rental shops, ski school. Ski area with connections to reach the slopes of La Clusaz/Balme. The apartment sleeps 4, with 2 bunk beds and a sofa bed (changed in 2023). At your disposal a Raclette / Fondue, croque monsieur / Waffle maker, and a Senseo.
