Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Coleshill

I needed a place to stay whilst attending a work conference at the Birmingham Conference and Events Centre. Paulina’s apartment was an oasis - beautifully cleaned, relaxing, well stocked and large. Excellent amenities. Check in was incredibly smooth and easy, very flexible. Walkable from train station. I didn’t explore the area much but very convenient groceries, and felt safe walking around alone.

Very clean and comfy. Plenty of space and Soren couldnt of been easie to deal with, definitely stay again.

We had a lovely stay. The studio was spacious, the kitchen was well equipped, and the location was perfect. We could easily walk to the Cathedral, the river basin, and the museum and it was an easy walk from the Pool Medow bus station. Ray was always prompt and responsive in communication. When the bed developed a glitch he immediately sent a maintenance person to fix it. We would definitely stay here again.

The Lofthouse was perfect for two - plenty of space for a short-medium term stay, well equipped and beautifully furnished. I loved having breakfast on the sunny balcony (sunny for most of the day with beautiful countryside views), and the toiletries provided smelled amazing. We also appreciated the fresh milk, soft drinks and laundry/dishwasher tablets in our welcome pack. We are hoping to return regularly when we visit family based nearby.

We were only staying one night so not much opportunity to explore the area. Accommodation was very well thought out and perfect for 2 people. Beautiful view from the balcony - wished we were staying longer! Make sure you screen shot the get-in instructions (which were very clear). I failed to do this and had to disturb Clare to let us in as I couldn’t get online. I chose it for proximity to the Canine Partners national training centre and wouldn’t hesitate to book again if I were to make another visit

We really enjoyed our second visit to Kamal’s lovely apartment. It’s rare to find somewhere so well equipped with so many thoughtful touches. It’s in a great location, too - lots of bars and restaurants nearby, and you can get to most other places in Leicester with a short taxi or Uber ride. And we couldn’t wish for a better host in Kamal. We wouldn’t consider staying anywhere else in Leicester.

We had an amazing stay at Alison’s place in Acocks Green! We were two families, each with a toddler, and the house was absolutely perfect for us. There was plenty of space, including great parking for both our cars, which made things so easy right from the start. The rooms are massive, clean, and very comfortable, with two toilets and one bath which made it super convenient for all of us. The kitchen was spotless and fully equipped—we had everything we needed and more to prepare meals during our stay. One of the best parts was the huge backyard, which was perfect for the little ones. There’s a lovely playground area with slides, and the kids had a blast riding their scooters around safely. Even better, we could easily keep an eye on them from the kitchen and living area—such a thoughtful setup for families! Alison was a fantastic host—very responsive, kind, and made sure we felt right at at home. We’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone. Thanks again Alison!

Great place to stay, nice and clean with spacious rooms. Nazmin was super friendly and responsive in any messages I had. 15mins drive from NEC and has a lovely Italian restaurant just round the corner. I am already looking at booking this place again for my next visit to NEC

Overall a lovely place to stay. Responsive hosts who were very informative so no issues understanding instructions and amenities. Check-in was easy and was as instructions described. Nice and close to local shops and food places so quite walkable. Area was somewhat peaceful, road wasn't too busy but slightly noisy at night after 10pm. All rooms were clean including linen and bathroom. Beds were comfortable. Generally would recommend to anyone wanting to visit Birmingham or the NEC center. Would stay again.

The apartment was stunning and impeccably clean, located in a fantastic area in Solihull with excellent transport links, restaurants, shops, and more nearby. The host went above and beyond to ensure every need was met. If you’re planning to book in Solihull, this place is undoubtedly at the top of my list!

A great place to stay. Spotlessly clean throughout. Bed mega comfy. Easy to find in Hinckley. Net Mary who came round, very friendly, good, clear info as bout the accommodation. Very polite and professional. No hesitation in recommending for others to stay, and we would stay again if in the area.

Overall it was a very pleasant day. Car was on the driveway right next to the apartment nice and clean nice comfortable clean bed big TV exactly what I needed before a long day at Master Mind great sleep overall very happy the only one very very slight thing I may wanted more is blackout curtainsas I don’t sleep very well and the light wakes me up

Very nice flat, exactly as described. Backyard is on the Worcester-Birmingham canal, which was the attraction for me. There is a table and chairs for sitting out and watching canal boats and waterfowl pass by. The train is adjacent to the canal and trains pass by several times an hour during the day with some at night too. I actually enjoy the train traffic, but with the doors/windows closed there is no train noise. Kitchen is adequately supplied for just about any cooking. Bathroom is typically small, but the shower was great with steady flow of hot water. There is plenty of parking, numerous grocery stores and restaurants are within a short walk. I thoroughly enjoyed my 12-day stay.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Hampton Apartments. Julie is an excellent host, who was very accommodating despite me changing our arrival time a few times. She met us at the apartment to show us around. It is beautifully decorated & has everything you could possibly need. Even snacks, milk & food in the freezer. Julie went above & beyond by giving us some cupcakes & candles as she knew it was my daughter’s birthday (very kind x). Very well located for the NEC & the village is really nice. We went to the Soho Tavern for dinner, which was very tasty. Would definitely recommend the apartment & will book again when we are in Birmingham again. Thank you!

I stayed here for around 40 days and honestly, it felt like a home away from home. The hosts are incredibly responsive and kind — they replied to any queries I had almost instantly, and were sweet enough to accommodate a late checkout when I requested it. The house is exactly as shown in the pictures: cosy, clean, and very inviting. The pantry was well stocked with essentials (and more), which made cooking easy and convenient. Every little detail was thoughtfully taken care of, and I felt genuinely spoilt! The Wi-Fi is fast, everything is well maintained, and the location is perfect — just a 7–8 minute bus ride to Bullring. Highly recommend this place if you're looking for a comfortable and well-managed stay.

Amazing spot on the outskirts on the city - yet in the most peaceful grounds in their own slice of the countryside. What a little gem to have stayed in. Pam and her husband Paul are absolutely lovely hosts who could not have make me feel more welcome. 🙏🏼
