The 18th century Villa di Geggiano, surrounded by vineyards and lovingly cared gardens, is located in the Chianti area near Siena, one of the most beautiful regions of Italy which will provide an idyllic and enchanting backdrop to your vacation. Our guesthouse is located in one of the garden pavilions of the villa.

Nestled on a quiet hillside just below Volterra, the villa offers a private infinity pool (5m x 10m) equipped with sun loungers and umbrella. There is a large, covered terrace with a comfortable sitting area and dining table to enjoy the panoramic views of the Tuscan hills. Stepping inside, the villa feels sophisticated while maintaining its rustic charm and provides a delightful place to relax.

Nel cuore della campagna toscana sorge l’Agriturismo Fattoria di Colleoli. Si compone di sedici alloggi disposti in tre poderi, due piscine e centinaia di olivi da cui viene prodotto olio extra vergine di alta qualità. Il Trilocale Superior Mandarino è un alloggio dotato di ampia cucina-soggiorno con divano letto, una camera matrimoniale con bagno privato, una camera con letti singoli e un ulteriore bagno moderno. Situato di fronte all'area solarium e piscina, può ospitare fino a 6 persone.

Due camere da letto matrimoniali, soggiorno con cucina, uno studio, due bagni di cui uno con doccia e un ripostiglio. Uso esclusivo di una bella terrazza(non al piano dell'appartamento). Pochi minuti a piedi e sarete nel centro del vivace paese di Palaia dove troverete piccole botteghe per fare la spesa, ristoranti, pub e un Bar.

The property has been completely renovated, overlooking the Chianti valleys and enjoying splendid views of the surrounding hills and the city of Florence. The apartment is completely independent, on two internally connected floors, and features a private garden lined with centuries-old oaks and Tuscan cypresses. The restoration maintained the original Tuscan architectural style of rural barns.
