Ecco una delle due camere di un alloggio posto in una corte autentica di un villaggio della Valnerina tanto semplice e tanto "vecchio" che sono presenti ruderi di un'Abbazia citata nel Paradiso di Dante. E' una struttura a1 km dalla Cascata delle Marmore da percorrere a piedi o in bici lungo la Greenway del fiume Nera. Da un piccolo curatissimo giardino si accede alla Quercia: camera con letto matrimoniale e poltrona letto, un ingresso con comodo di cucina e un bel bagno con doccia.
