Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Colli al Metauro

We have just returned from Nonno Dario's farmhouse... and we already want to leave again! The house is simply perfect, clean, particularly appreciated the welcome kit, we usually brought a thousand things from home, but it would not have been necessary because in the kitchen and bathroom there was practically everything! We sought peace, and we found peace. For us, accustomed to the noise and frenzy of the city, the slow pace and silence of the farmhouse and its surroundings have been a panacea. Opening the windows and enjoying the splendid panorama of the Marche hills is priceless. On hot days, the pool and garden allowed us to refresh after the excursions. A heartfelt thank you to Silvia, for her kindness and the various tips she gave us during our stay. We'll definitely see you again.

Had a great holiday at Villa Mariella! The villas are located in a very nice, private environment, there is a beautiful well maintained garden and a nice, clean swimming pool. The villas are very close to the beach. The beach is for a fee but you get a fixed place with an umbrella and two sunbeds. The beach is also clean and tidy. It is also very nice that you can use the bikes for the holes. The city center is easily accessible by bike but also on foot. The hosts are very nice and polite. Had very nice contact.

The house is beautiful and unlike anything else. What made the experience amazing was one of the hosts, Daniela. Daniela greeted us upon check in, walked us around the house and went above and beyond and booked us a wine tour where he graciously translated everything in English during the entire experience. Daniela made the place feel like home and I couldn’t recommend him and the experience he provides more.

We stayed in 13 at Angelo's house, for the weekend of June 2. The house is very nice, in a quiet area, it is very spacious both inside and outside, with a patio and a garden that offer a beautiful view. The pool, being above ground, is not very large but absolutely functional for cooling off while enjoying the garden, and was very much used by the 5 girls of the group who had a great time! Angelo was always available and kind to us, a great host!

We loved our stay. The host was amazing, and the house had everything we needed. The internet was very fast and supported my work requirements back in the USA. The views are spectacular, and the property is very private. Thank you, Irene, and family. I especially appreciated your help in getting me my new computer charger after mine broke. The house is located in a beautiful place in the Apennines, relatively close to cities such as Gubbio, Urbino and Cagli, which are worth a visit, but above all surrounded by nature and silence as well as many paths to walk nearby and for all levels. Obviously, you are a little lost so the amenities like supermarkets etc. are not right around the corner, so you need to prepare. The road to get to the house is a mountain road (paved), so quite narrow but easily accessible given the very little traffic. The house is comfortable and spacious, the kitchen is equipped with everything you need (pots, condiments, coffee...), there is a terrace with beautiful views, there is no heating (hot water yes) but there is a fireplace. The host Riccardo was super helpful and kind: both in terms of check-in and check-out, and during the stay, he took care that there was everything you need, from linens to wood for the fireplace.

Davide is a courteous and nice host who even picked me up from the train and drove me back to the train station. The apartment is nice and quiet, a little far from the center, but you know that when you book here. The WiFi is very bad, you can't really use it.

Renato’s place was very extraordinary. We had the entire villa to ourselves. Our 2 bedroom was perfect for our stay. Renato was a great host and was very helpful when we couldn’t find his place right away. He brought us delicious pastries on several occasions. We were in town for a wedding and the villa was not far from the venue. I would recommend this villa to anyone who is looking for some peace and quiet. It can accommodate several families at one time

We just spent our holidays in this apartment with attention to detail, equipped with all possible comforts. Upon arrival we found the accommodation perfectly clean, tidy and very fragrant. Rosaria proved to be very helpful and kind in organizing the spaces with us, having needs for our 5-year-old. Convenient parking is easily available on the street in front of the apartment, we moved by car to reach the beach but if you want there are equipped beaches within walking distance in maximum 5 min. Absolutely to be recommended and an experience to be repeated!!

We had a great week at Marco Valerio's place. We didn't meet him but communication was very easy. Gaetano, her father, and Carla were very welcoming and attentive to make our stay very pleasant. We are very happy to have met them and the exchanges we had with them. Well located accommodation in the village of Mondolfo, spacious, well arranged with a terrace with views of the countryside and sea.

We enjoyed our stay. The apartment was clean and comfortable. I liked how dark we could make the rooms during the night with the electric shutters.

Gorgeous place, tastefully decorated with beautiful lighting and 5 star ambience. Gotti was kind enough to pick us up and drive us to the apartment due to the ZTL zone of the home. Still very convenient and walkable to the car and the historic area was quiet and tranquil. Best Airbnb we’ve had, just wish we stayed longer.

We rented the apartment for two employees. The apartment is nicely decorated, clean, good location has everything you need for a longer stay. Our employees felt at home. The owner is very friendly. I highly recommend it.
