I had a lovely break. The shack is extremely cosy, and comfortable. We were provided with good quality essentials, and it had all necessary amenities. The outdoor garden area has barbecue and plenty of space to relax and chill. The property was spotless. The host was extremely welcoming and approachable and responsive to all queries I had. It is a place I would definitely stay again and will recommend if you would like a quiet country break for couples or small family.

Thank you for providing a wonderful stay at October Cottage. The cottage itself was lovely we enjoyed viewing the maps of historic England that decorate the walls and reading about the Monarchs. The garden was very pretty and well maintained. We came to visit during the winter so we didn’t get to picnic, however we did witness a light first snow fall which was very beautiful to see. We were able to go sightseeing to the nearby towns, and also visit Stonehenge and Bath. Our host was responsive and attentive and provided us with detailed instructions to help us operate the heating and appliances at the cottage. It was an overall lovely experience for our family.
