Unser top modernes City Appartment befindet sich auf der Merowinger Str, direkt am Clodwigplatz in der Kölner Innenstadt (Südstadt). Die Wohnung zur alleinigen Nutzung ist gut geeignet für Paare, Alleinreisende, Geschäftsreisende, Familien (mit Kindern) und Gruppen bis maximal 4 Personen. Das Appartement verfügt eine Wohnfläche von 45 qm² und wurde im November 2016 komplett neu erstellt. Durch eine Zutrittskontrolle mit Zahlencode ist ein problemloser Check-in möglich !

The room can be used independently from the rest of the house. It has a double bed (1.40) and a private bathroom with a shower In the passage to the bathroom you can prepare food. The induction hotplate can be set up as needed. Basic equipment is available. We live 6 km away from Cologne/Bonn Airport, which is 9 minutes by car. You don't have to worry about towels and bed linen. Important! We also live in this house. You will hear living noises.
