Holiday rentals with beach access in Combe Martin

Lovely stay! Helen’s place was bigger than we expected from the photos! The location is fantastic - Helen sent a huge list of recommendations of places to go/where to eat etc which was so helpful. I read a couple of reviews about the noise on the street which is minimal (just murmurs of voices as they walk past). I would highly recommend!

Proximity to 3 world class beaches.amd seclusion. I only marked down value as I don't agree with the market rate. Its a fair price in an unfair market. Perfect for a quiet getaway. Thanks Jan

Aisling was an amazing host. Answered any queries in a very friendly and efficient manner. Accommodation was very clean,had everything we needed. Great location,short walk to beach etc. Parking very useful. Would highly recommend. 🙂

A great place to stay in a fantastic location, right by the sea. Dee's flat is comfortable and has everything needed, it's right on the SW Coast Path and central to Ilfracombe shops but very quiet. We parked at Larkstone Lane car park and bought a permit online although we could have parked nearer. The bus links east and west along the coast were great and very handy for walks. Dee was really helpful, especially as we were getting the boat from Lundy so didn't know what time we'd arrive - thanks for a lovely stay!

The view from the apartment was worth it. Whilst the weather was rubbish and Westward Ho!… a tad underwhelming. Sitting and watching the sea at the end of a day was so beautiful even on a blustery rainy day.

Great stay! Help with luggage up stairs and lovely gardens! Husband loved the croissants and great to have a bit of milk for tea on arrival. Thank you!

What a great place to stay! Everything in Ilfracombe was walkable from here. We were attending a wedding at tunnels beach and this gave us the perfect base. The flat was excellent. High standard of fittings and features and everything we could have needed. Louise was quick to respond and gave me really clear instructions for finding the flat. And the private off road parking space was brilliant and hassle free. I would highly recommend staying here.

Perfect accommodation in a lovely corner of Devon. Within easy access of the beach, shops and restaurants. Great host, very responsive to any questions we had. Would happily stay there again

This is the biggest and best Airbnb we've stayed in. Apart from being spacious, uncluttered and clean, it felt luxurious and generous. EG The bed gave me the best night's sleep for a long time, the hand soaps were high quality, the hot water appeared almost instantly and the kitchen was generously equipped. We didn't get to meet Simon, but the communication was clear and we felt trusted just to get on and enjoy the holiday. A very special place and host.

We had a wonderful stay at the cosy cottage. The first hours unfortunately were quite cold, because the house wasn’t heated when we arrived. But we escaped into the warm jacuzzi :) When the house was warmed up it was perfect. The surroundings are beautiful, you can do great walks in and around Lee. We totally recommend it!

We had the most relaxing time at Janie’s beautiful Airbnb. It so so homely, comfortable and had everything we needed to have a wonderful minibreak. The kitchen is fully equipped and we loved playing scrabble on the comfy sofa and watching a film in the evening after walking on the nearby SW Coastpath. The bed is super comfy and the shower was great too! Would love to return sometime!

Visited here with a group of friends and our doggies, had a great time & the home is beautiful. Thank you again!

A lovely stay in Combe Martin… excellent location only minutes from the beach, shops, cafes and pubs. Was furnished to a high standard and the linen, bathrooms, lounge and kitchens were clean. Having a hot tub was also a wonderful addition to relax in!

This is a fantastic, secluded spot for a stay in North Devon. Though quiet itself, it's less than 10 minutes' walk to Braunton which has a selection of shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants which Ant helpfully guides with recommendations. The place itself is beautifully done, with a full kitchen, large bedroom and bathroom, and excellent outdoor area for barbecues in addition to a lovely firepit. The landscaping of the gardens is stunning, it's a brilliant place to relax, and Ant is very helpful and responsive if you have any issues or want tips on what to do.

What can we say, from booking our stay, to leaving after an amazing week, we truly felt at home. Kam and Bens home is beautiful throughout, there wasn’t one thing that we thought we needed or wanted that wasn’t provided for. Kam met us on arrival, earlier than we expected, and showed us around her wonderful home, all instructions in a helpful guide in the kitchen, even tide times, for trips. Great advice for our trip to Lundy, she even sent us up to date weather forecast . Kam provided us with mobile numbers if we were stuck for anything, and ensured it was ok for Ben to check the hot-tub, when we were out. Lovely touches, such as robes for getting out of the tub, were much appreciated. Superb hosts, will definitely visit again, our daughter and her partner joined us for a few days and loved every minute, lovely walk to the beach, only 10mins away, and the most amazing sunsets from the lounge and bedroom . Echium Heights was a little oasis of calm and loveliness. The house is modern and fresh with a really generous feel to it. Fiona and Tim have thought of everything, with lots of lovely little touches to make a really comfortable stay with welcome bread, biscuits and more. Sadly the weather was against us slightly, but it was great to retreat into the house with a warm fire and friendly open layout - inspiring interior design. Bright and airy, and super private downstairs and on the outside terrace. Big meals around the kitchen table and comfy sofas. The bedrooms and bathrooms were all immaculate, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. There’s not much of interest in the immediate area, with Ilfracombe looking rather run down and sad - especially in the rain - but the house more than makes up for it. A sigh of relief when you get through the gate. And beautiful beaches were just a short drive away. Thank you Fiona and Tim for looking after us and sharing a beautiful house.

The apartment was clean, modern, peaceful and well situated. Kirsten left a very handy information pack and we had everything we needed for our stay, so we didn’t need to bother the hosts. The apartment is beautifully furnished and decorated, the kitchen well equipped, and the living area light, bright and with a nice view across the trees of the garden. Having driveway parking was a real bonus, and Lidl supermarket was just 3 minutes walk round the corner. A great place to stay!

Great place to stay, 2nd time for us, great views and 5 mins walk to centre and beach, apartment is lovely, everything you need and very clean and comfortable, we have dogs so it’s great there is a porch to clean them off and also a bit of outside space for them in the morning, will definitely book here again.

This was our third time staying here. It’s a lovely apartment, beautifully furnished and in a great location. Paul and Wendy are very friendly and helpful hosts. We love coming here to relax and walk. We can safely park up the car on the drive and not have to use it again until we leave, as there are lots of nice places to visit on foot, good restaurants and cafes.

The apartment was in a beautiful location with stunning views of the bay from both the bedroom and down on the decking / hot tub. The apartment was spotless and could tell no expense was spared when creating this space. It had everything you could need in the kitchen, as well as lots of little extras which make all the difference. We were lucky to have beautiful weather so felt like we were on holiday for the 2 days we were there when on the loungers on the private decking. Wouldn’t change anything and would definitely stay at Bay View again! Thank you Lisa for a wonderful, relaxing stay!

Emily’s apartment is really comfy and more than covers all the bases. It was clean, light and well equipped. Emily sets you up with tea, milk etc. Easy parking and handy for the beaches and lovely walks. We slept well and found it an easy, attractive and generally great base for our stay. Communication with Emily was excellent. Thankyou.

We had a lovely stay at Beckys, the place is very cosy, has everything you could possibly need which is amazing especially when on a little stay and not able to bring everything yourself. The added extras of the milk and cookies was great and really appreciated. Also really comprehensive instructions for everything in the property and amazing guide to eating out etc, made picking somewhere much easier with our dog in tow. Would definitely stay again and would really recommend. Thanks!
