Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Combs-la-Ville

It was great! I recommend it, the jacuzzi is great, the cottage too, the breakfast service very good, nothing to say! I recommend it!

The house is tastefully decorated and very well equipped for the 9 people we were. The garden is large and enclosed by walls. The house is very well located for walks in the forest, the castle of Fontainebleau... Justine is very attentive to the satisfaction of the tenants. We had a great time. I highly recommend it.

We felt very comfortable right from the beginning. The host family was very friendly and accommodating. Despite the fact that the accommodation is on the same property as the owners' house, you could be on your own at any time. Paris was perfectly accessible by public transport. We were able to park the car directly on the property all week. A bakery and a supermarket could also be easily reached on foot. We will be happy to come back.

We have traveled all over France staying at Airbnb properties, and we’ve learned that 5⭐️ reviews should be lower. This place is a legit 5 ⭐️ and I wish all Airbnb hosts were as good as Christine and Gildas. The home has been updated with new heating and air conditioning, a great TV, with a lovely yard, and all the little basic things which you wish you’d find in every Airbnb but don’t. Gildas is friendly and helpful and made us feel very welcome. We will be back, for sure.

The house was perfect for us and very close to our friends house. Very quiet and the beds were comfortable. Hopefully when the bathroom gets remodeled it will have a bigger shower! The current one is tiny! Betty was very communicative and very helpful. We will be back!

Very pleasant stay in this superb accommodation located in the heart of a beautiful village. The unit is very well equipped and the bedding is very comfortable. Everything is done to make the stay enjoyable. It's very well thought out, down to the smallest details. It's very nice, tastefully decorated, I highly recommend it. Everything was perfect. 😍 It was my first experience in an Airbnb and what a surprise it was to come across this magnificent accommodation with huge grounds and a beautiful and large pool, it clearly went above and beyond our expectations! The owners were really very welcoming and warm and their responsiveness was surprising. They offered us an onion and a watermelon with a little thyme to help us cook our dish, it was lovely of them. You'll soon regret the moment you have to start packing your things to leave, as you feel so good there! There is really everything you need to have a pleasant stay and from start to finish, everything was perfect! Many thanks to Christine and Gérard for their hospitality, their kindness sincerely touched us. I would definitely recommend this accommodation, hoping to be able to come back very soon! ❤️

This beautiful, peaceful property is a lovely place to stay, away from the hustle and bustle of Paris, but still easily accessible by train. The close proximity to Disneyland Paris at around 25 minute's drive is also ideal. The house was perfectly clean and tidy and very comfortable, while the living area was even more spacious than the pictures appeared. The indoor pool area is a brilliant feature, with a large pool with a shallow and deep end, and a great hot tub, with the added bonus of a hammam as well. Throughout the stay, Julien was an absolutely amazing host, taking the time to welcome us and give us a tour of the facilities when we arrived, then staying in touch whenever needed for anything at all. He gave excellent advice when it came to getting into Paris or looking for local attractions, and left us fresh eggs from the chickens and a welcome bottle of local wine, even providing a swing and pool float for our 11 month old. A wonderful host and fantastic stay.

We loved our stay at Corinne's home! Its central location was incredibly convenient, putting us within walking distance of multiple metro and bus stops. Her apartment had all the necessary amenities. I’d highly recommend it and can't wait to stay again!

Thank you for the 24 hours I spent in your property, the pool is great, the setting peaceful and pleasant, I was a little afraid of the heat since there is no air conditioning but it is really cool in the apartment. Thank you for the welcome, the sense of service as well as your responsiveness to the message and the solutions you brought me during my stay.

Frederic’s place made for an amazing 3 day stay! Fred went above and beyond in helping my husband and I with checkin and check out, and even held our luggage when we had an early flight in. He was a great host. The view is breathtaking, and watching the Eiffel Tower sparkle from the balcony in the evenings was a highlight of our entire trip. The neighborhood has a lovely local feel, with a metro just outside the building to easily get around the city. The bed is comfy and the place is just as pictured. Something to note is that because the cleaning fee does not cover a full cleaning, guests are asked to clean the shower and toilet before checkout.

Federico’s place is not easy to describe. It is an extremely tasteful decorated Haussmann apartment, yet it feels totally home. It’s in one of the best possible locations in Paris (my ultimate favorite area), you can walk anywhere and metro station with 1 minute walk. The interior is even more beautiful than the photos, as Federico made enhancements with top notch design elements. It is a very rich experience to spend time in a beautifully designed space if it’s designed by someone tasteful for themselves, not for a rental place for the sake of decoration. There is a prize winning famous patisserie with 1 minute walk with the best croissant, which made us enjoy incredible breakfasts on the terrace while one person enjoying Pantheon and the other enjoying Note Dame. The nights were also delightful in the terrace with your wine and hard to beat Parisian view & flowers. The communication with Federico was perfect and he helped us with everything even though we had many questions✨

Had a very nice stay. We stayed for a long weekend for the Beyoncé concert. The space was as described and very clean. The bed slept wonderfully and the bathroom was nice and large. All supplies were provided. The only disadvantage was that the space could get very hot. There was no air conditioning and the windows could not really be opened because of the mosquitoes. Fortunately, we did have a fan. The communication with the host was very pleasant and fast. All in all, had a very nice stay!

Olivier is a great host. Always responsive and proactive with checkin/checkout. The place matches what is listed. The 11th was a great neighbor and felt very local with many restaurants near the place. Highly recommend

This is the best Airbnb in Paris!! Kazumi was so warm and welcoming making sure we were all settled in. We loved sitting on the balcony every night to watch the Eiffel Tower sparkle. Location was in a perfect spot, close to everything you'd want to go to via walking or metro. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Paris.

First of all, I'm new here and have no way of comparing. We were 2 couples for 3 nights in the accommodation. There is a toilet in this apartment, which is usually sufficient. The bathrooms are somewhat unfairly divided. In the large bedroom, there is a large shower directly in the room. This is definitely the better choice. The smaller bedroom has only indirect access to a bathroom which is very small and has a mini shower. That's enough for a shower, but it's not exactly comfortable. The living room is huge. The kitchen too. Unfortunately, there is no dishwasher. Not everyone needs it, but it should be standard. There would be plenty of room for it. The carpets in the living room do not have a good grip on the concrete floor. Right in front of the kitchenette, it wasn't exactly safe. The residential unit has no air conditioning. This is unfavorable, especially in the summer. The view is priceless. The view over the city is fantastic.

Perfect spot for my family. Needed a 2 bedroom and loved the view. About a 10 to 13 minute walk from public transit. Quiet and peaceful. Great bakery around the corner. Host and co-host super responsive.
