Wonderful property, well situated. Reachable directly by car (if you navigate the narrow road), or via a big parking spot + stairs. Great view, nicely equipped with everything, host brought new coffee capsules once they ran out (Amici caffee, amazing) when I asked the very next day. Lorenzo is a perfect host, can only recommend it. Looking forward to go again!

This was one of the best air bnb experiences I have had, highly highly recommend. The photos do not do the view justice, it is truly amazing. The pool is perfect for families with children. The air BnB has everything you could need, comfy beds, fully equipped kitchen, clean modern bathrooms, so specious. We had the most amazing week! Deborah is an incredible host, very detailed guide book, excellent communication, she went out of her way to make sure our stay was super. We didn’t want to leave. It is a 30 minute walk down the hill to the centre of Menaggio. The hill to the top is steep with cars/walking but it is so so worth it for the view. Thank you Deborah, we couldn’t have had a better time.

We had a lovely stay in Oliveta Laria. I can't say enough good things about Marzia. She communicated well from the time of reservation through check-out and beyond. The house is beautiful, magnificent view and very private. Believe what she says about the driveway!! It is very steep and windy. Smaller cars much better. We had a large van and it was intimidating. The path through the woods to the town was nice. We would definitely rent from Marzia again!!

The house is in a beautiful area with a view on the lake. The pictures don’t even show how big the garden is. The kitchen is well equipped and all the rooms are air-conditionned. We had a great time here!

We had a great time in Johannes' Villa. It was very spacious and offered a breathtaking view of the lake. It‘s placed in the middle of the lake with quick access to all the must see locations. Johannes was very lovely, gave us great recommendations and was always available if we had any questions or needed something. Thank you again!

It was indeed a pleasure staying at Marco's chalet, in serene surroundings. Spacious with a great garden, and the house had all it needed

We enjoyed our days in Colico very much. The view of the house is absolutely stunning. The house is modern and well equipped with all kinds of kitchen utensils allowing us to prepare some nice family dinners. Communication with the hosts was perfect and we found a number of small welcome gifts upon our arrival. Very nice! The only thing we did not fully understand is why the energy cost are not included in the rental price. As we had to pay the EUR 10 per night in cash, we first had to find an ATM to provide the needed cash.

Hosts were very kind and helpful with local recommendations. They responded timely to any questions or concerns we had. The place had stunning views as advertised. It was a bit tricky to get to but the instructions were clear.

We felt at home! The town center was very close by.

Everything was great, the accommodation is great and the view and the garden patio with pool was awesome. We would love to come back and wish everyone a great stay as we had.

Fantastic location to enjoy the como beaches and activities and restaurants and town of Colico Villa itself is fantastic to relax with great outdoor seating and pool area (which was lovely to cool off from the sun but still a nice ~20/22 degrees)

Erica was flexible and available for all our needs and requests. He welcomed us in person and guided us through this beautiful, all restored house and an ancient-modern contrast that makes us dream. The house has everything that can be useful both for cooking and for arranging a nice lunch. The rooms are super cozy and spacious: in 11 we were very comfortable. As described, the temperature inside the house is at 18 degrees, but it may seem lower given the dispersion and low outside temperatures in January. The hot water seemed to disappear from the shower for a few seconds/minute, but come back with a close and reopen. ANYWAY, we had a great time! Like at home and in this wonderful space that we definitely recommend for a getaway, a weekend in the mountains and with friends. Thanks Erica!

We spent 4 nights in Valerio's home. The house is very large , we were 2 families, so the two independent accommodations were very convenient. The house is close to the center of Cernobbio 10 minutes walk. Charming village . It's easy to take the boat to visit the towns around the lake. The view from the house is nice. Small downside for parking: we had a 9-seater vehicle and it was very difficult to get into the driveway (narrow gate width) and turn around. Another thing to review: many broken furniture: the sofa bed in the living room has one foot less and was held with a stack of books, also broken bed slats and chairs too. Outdoor furniture would have been nice because you had to take the table out of the inside to put it outside. As well as a few outdoor chairs to enjoy the park and the shade would be more. We recommend this property for a stay in Como

The house looks good like on a picture. When we checked in , it was not cleaned up after previous guests, bus Susanne was responsive and organize quickly a cleaning lady and refund us cleaning fee . I’m satisfy with a stay. The only minus that you can’t park right in front of the house, might be uncomfortable if you carrying heavy things. I would definitely recommend this place to stay.

Very clean environment and with every comfort. It's like feeling at home. I enjoyed everything... from the soft and fragrant linens, to the terrace where it's a show to eat, to the pool to cool off. Katiuscia's dad set up umbrellas and deck chairs for us every morning. The place is very relaxing and is a strategic point for reaching beautiful places to visit. Thanks for hosting! :-)

Very special house! Original. Lots of art in the house. Stunning views. All the facilities available Clean. Quiet village. Pool was lovely given the high temperatures! Surroundings are beautiful. Lots of beautiful walks made. Bicycles rented at 3 minutes' walking distance. Very nice people. Speak Italian and a little french. Great bike ride for mountain bikes made from the house. Electric support necessary. Very friendly reception. Technical defect was resolved very adequately and quickly.

We stayed at the villa for a week after Easter and had great weather! The children are hopped daily in the heated pool while we were able to enjoy our cafe and especially the fantastic view. You have absolute privacy and feel very comfortable. Ms. Bannwart, who manages the house, gave us some good restaurants tips at the beginning and she was immediately available for questions. We highly recommend a stay!

A very nice accommodation, Markus is always available and very helpful. The accommodation is beautifully and stylishly furnished, the view is breathtaking. The location of the house is very great, as it gives you an even more beautiful and unforgettable view of Lake Maggiore and is in a very pleasantly quiet area. Markus is very nice and gladly helped us with the arrival and departure times, as we were on vacation with a baby; he had full understanding for this. In the accommodation itself, there were great magazines to read and a folder and several brochures that informed about the possible activities in the area. In addition, everything in the folder was well described (waste disposal, operating instructions, regulations for departure, etc.). We can only recommend the accommodation, thank you for the hospitality!

The villa was stunning!!! Having the view and the pool was wonderful! It was relaxing and surprisingly cool at night even with the July heat. There are a LOT of stairs if you plan on going back and forth from the center village. It was doable but just be aware if you aren’t bringing a car, it may be limiting for you!!! A lovely place, just be prepared!

We had an absolutely fantastic holiday in this authentic villa and definitely hope to visit again in the future. The setting is wonderful with amazing views and beautiful garden. The villa is just as the photos show with its ‘old world’ charm with the benefit of modern air conditioning to use during hot weather. The swimming pool was a fabulous addition during the hot weather too and to relax in and beside the pool overlooking Lake Como was magical. Another real bonus was the private garage to park our car, however please note that if your car is long it may only just fit. We have a Peugeot 508 estate car and it fitted with 1cm to spare! Giovanni and his son Christian are great hosts. When we had some queries on arrival they answered our questions quickly. The village of Moltrasio was beautiful, we loved our time there exploring the old streets and sampling the delicious food at the local cafes and restaurants. The locals were so friendly and welcoming to us and our dog too.

We enjoyed our vacation very much, the perfectly fenced garden was a dream with children and dog. The house was very clean. Everything was available and the hosts are very friendly and always available

...it is no coincidence that this location deserves the best from every point of view...! ...a truly beautiful historic villa...where you can stay in absolute tranquility...pampered by Simion in every detail...! ...excellent value for money...very close to the lakes...it is really the ideal place to stay for a wonderful holiday...BRAVOS...!!! Carlo and the 12 cyclists from Cuneo...! WE WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK!!!
