Monthly Rentals in Compiègne

As part of my training at the University of Compiègne, the stay at Jordan's home lasted 3 months, the accommodation met my expectations very well. Jordan was also very welcoming and friendly. He was able to make himself available throughout the stay and was very responsive. (Internet outage resolved in -48h, replacement of the broken hanging rack). For a short or long stay I highly recommend this host, especially since with the exchanges of my promo some did not have this chance and have accumulated problems.

Impeccable apartment with everything you need and ideally located for visiting Compiegne. Very simple self check-in following Richard's instructions, who is also very responsive. Don't hesitate if you're visiting the area:)

The apartment is large, functional, there was all the necessary equipment. The cleanliness was impeccable. The person who welcomed us was nice and available. The only downside is that it is not specified in the listing that the apartment is on the 3rd floor without an elevator. In case of mobility difficulties or with children, it can be restrictive, it is imperative to specify it. The apartment is quite noisy, you can hear everything that happens at the neighbors' when you are in the master bedroom... and the street with motorcycles and cars, it is not a very pleasant neighborhood (city and buildings). The apartment, however, is excellent value for money
