Comfortable Home, Hot Tub, Trails on 140 Acres

This property is located in a remote and beautiful area of Vermont. The house is on 140 acres of fields and forest. There are 2.5 miles of private walking/snow shoeing trails in the woods. A large mowed area around the house provides space for grilling, outdoor dining, fire pit and games. The outdoor hot tub (emptied and refilled after each stay) is heated to 104 degrees year-round. This property is easily accessed from Route 2 and is on a well maintained dirt road. Minimum age to book: 21

Enjoy our renovated light filled two-story back apartment, centrally located in the Four Seasons neighborhood of St. Johnsbury. This comfortable and clean private space is within walking distance to many local attractions, including the St. Johnsbury Academy, the Fairbanks Museum, Catamount Arts, and the St. Johnsbury Athenaeum, as well as shopping and restaurants. Burke Mountain, Kingdom Trails, Dog Mountain and more are just a short drive away. Bike and ski storage is available.

Quaint log cabin. Access to Coronary on Kingdom Trails is right across the road when the trails are open. What to do during STICK SEASON? Gravel ride and hike, of course!!!! Sleeps 1-4. Upstairs bedroom has a king bed that can be split into two twin XL beds...whatever works best for you. Futon in downstairs living area can sleep 2. We also have two memory foam folding beds available if sleeping on a futon isn't your thing for the 3rd/ 4th guests.
