Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Condado Beach

Mariano’s place was perfect for my wife and I. We both work at home and love kiteboarding. His place was super clean, extremely comfortable and private. The internet was great and we worked and played. Easily walk to the kite beach and let it rip. Amazing stay, looking forward to staying here on our next visit.

We had a great stay in this bnb! The unit was super clean, and looked even better than the pictures. Comes with everything you could ever need, beach chairs, towels, even a Brita filter in the fridge! Will definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice calm place that’s easily accessible to old San Juan :)

I recently stayed at this fantastic apartment in Condado, San Juan, and it was an absolute gem! Perfectly located, this place is a dream for anyone looking to experience the vibrant energy of San Juan while enjoying a comfortable, well-equipped home base. The apartment itself is spotlessly clean and thoughtfully designed, with all the modern amenities you could need. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything from cookware to utensils, making it easy to whip up meals when you’re not dining out. The beach essentials provided—towels, chairs, and even a cooler—were a huge plus, as the beach is just a short walk away. Renato’s place is fantastic and he is an excellent host. Even while traveling internationally he was responsive and provided alternate communication methods. You can’t beat the location of Renato’s place, it makes it unnecessary to rent a car for the trip. The apartment is clean and tidy, ideal for one or two people, and the kitchen is perfect to make small meals to avoid eating out every meal. The bed is comfortable, and the view from the balcony is idyllic at all hours. I really like the added security of the key fob and front desk guard, you just have to be let in when you arrive. Condado/ PR still have some power outages so I was grateful for the external batteries I packed. I believe the building has backup generators for essentials. The beautiful view comes with a bit higher noise levels because the glass doesn’t reduce sound from the street but generally it didn’t disturb us. We hope to stay here again!

The apartment was quiet, clean, safe, and exactly as described. It is walking distance to many restaurants, convenience stores, and coffee and ice cream shops. Highly recommended for a couple or two friends/family for a nice weekend. I would stay again.

We were very excited for our weekend trip and Erin’s house was exactly as shown. We were very close to great bars and restaurants, historic sites to see and so much more. The house was easy to find at night, we rarely had to look at any street signs, when walking home… head towards the governors mansion and turn right. It was a great place to unwind after a long day. I highly recommend this place. Thank you Erin!

Wir kommen aus Deutschland und haben für 20 Tage unsere Tochter und ihre Familie in Puerto Rico besucht. Wir haben uns tagsüber bei der Tochter aufgehalten und kamen nur zum übernachten in die Wohnung. Für unsere Bedürfnisse ist die Wohnung gut eingerichtet. Die Klimaanlage funktionierte auch bei Stromausfällen einwandfrei. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Besonders gut hat es uns gefallen, dass das Haus hell, sauber ist und frei von Ungeziefer war. Sehr praktisch war, dass der Parkplatz für unser Auto auf dem Grundstück war. Wir haben uns sicher gefühlt. Wünschenswert wäre, wenn die Duscharmatur im Bad ausgetauscht wird, da die eingestellte Wassertemperatur nicht konstant gehalten wird, sondern ständig zwischen zu kalt auf zu heiß wechselt. Wir würden gerne jederzeit wieder dort übernachten. 😊

My friends and I were visiting for a concert and Alex & Diana's house was perfect! location was nearby to major nightlife places and everything was a short Uber ride. We found amazing places walking distance from the home. Definitely recommend staying in their lovely home.

We spent a week here with our family of 7, and this was hands down our favorite Airbnb yet! Christie’s communication and instructions were top-notch from start to finish. The photos and amenities were exactly as described—no surprises, just pure comfort. We had a blast exploring everything the island had to offer, but also truly enjoyed our relaxing days by the pool. I highly recommend this property—trust me, you won’t be disappointed!

Literetly the perfect location, very central with access to the Beach, stores, restaurants all within walking distance. They have everything you might need for your stay including 2 beach chairs, an ice chest cooler, sunscreen, bug spray, beach bag and beach towels. Shampoo, conditioner, lotion, even some hair products you literetly only need to bring your clothes. My sister and I loved our stay, would definitely recommend. They were also very kind to accommodate a different check in and check out time for us since flights arrived earlier and left later.

This Airbnb is amazing! It looks exactly like the pictures and was extremely clean when we arrived. In the kitchen were basic spices and any appliances you may need. Erik was also extremely kind in leaving a complimentary bottle of wine and bottled water in the fridge. The walk-in shower had both a handheld and overhead spout which was useful for after swimming on the beach. In the closet were chairs, towels and umbrellas for trips to the beach. The bedroom had a TV which was convenient. The location is very nice with various restaurants down the road, only five minutes from the beach, ten minute drive from Old San Juan, about 5 min. away walking to the grocery store. The only thing confusing was finding the location of the gate at first (next to the hedge), but checkin was very smooth otherwise. The parking is extremely tight, be careful. Erik himself responded very fast and a very kind host! I would highly recommend this Airbnb and look forward to coming again!

I had a great experience staying at this condo! It’s just a quick 15-minute Uber ride from the airport, and the check-in process was smooth with clear instructions. Security was friendly and helpful, explaining the building rules and assisting with elevator access. The condo was well equipped, I really appreciated the beach towels, chairs, and cooler, which made beach days super convenient. The location is excellent: walking distance to the beach, casinos, bars, restaurants, and both Walgreens and CVS. Uber pick-ups and drop-offs were easy, and getting to Old San Juan only took about 10–15 minutes and cost around $10. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone considering a trip to the area. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Perfect location! In the heart of Old San Juan, truly immersed into the culture and night light. So close to the water and historic landmarks. It was so easy to walk around the city and plan outings. Love love love!

I stayed at Lauren's place while attending a conference at the convention center. The walk to the convention center was very easy and quick. I also felt safe walking by myself. Lauren left super clear instructions on how to get inside and park -- so check-in was a breeze. This was especially great since we were arriving so late at night. The apartment was super cute and SO CLEAN! Probably the cleanest air bnb I have visited. She also provided a snorkel and beach towels, and I was able to walk to Playita del Condado for a quick snorkel and swim after the conference. I had so much fun and would definitely book this place again if I ever get to return for a conference. Thank you!

What a wonderful location. Daniel was very communicative, making the whole process of checking in very easy. This spot was centrally located with a supermarket only feet away. It also was directly on the beach which was extremely convenient and made the views even better. Very short ride from the airport, and not far from places like Old San Juan. The place was very clean and he even left water bottles in the fridge in case we were thirsty upon landing! 10/10 experience and would be happy to book again.

I loved this place & the view! I would definitely stay here again. I didn’t end up renting a car because I was in walking distance of everything. Beautiful place and amazing host!

AN ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL HOME TO STAY IN IF YOU DEICED TO STAY IN SAN JUAN. EXTREMLY CLOSE TO THE BEACH NICE VIEW FROM THE KITCHEN TABLE AND WALKING DISTANCE FROM ANYTHING AND EVERYTHING YOU WISH FOR. If I come back to San Juan this will be the place I return to for sure!!! 10/10
