It consists of a pleasant living room combining living room and equipped kitchen as well as a sofa convertible into a 140 cm bed. All south and west facing opening onto 2 balconies from which you can admire a magnificent panorama from Sancy to Puy de Gros! It has a bedroom with storage and a large 180 cm bed. Finally, a bathroom with shower and toilet.

Set in the countryside, 4 kilometers from Condat and adjoining our home, is our Cantal farmhouse known as a longère. Thick stone walls, wooden beams, large living room with traditional fire place and log burner, internet tv, two bedrooms, bathroom, and fitted kitchen. Enjoy sitting by a roaring log fire in the winter or in the shade of the old lime tree with a glass of wine enjoying the spectacular views in the summer. In the heart of the medieval city, in a heritage-listed square, you will access the apartment by a spiral staircase. Located on the 2nd floor, it overlooks one of the central squares. Restaurants and shops are in the immediate vicinity. Summer and winter, many activities are offered, walks and hikes start at the foot of the ramparts. The ski resort 7 km away is accessible by shuttle. The 70 m2 apartment consists of 2 bedrooms and a large living room with open kitchen.

We remain as discreet as possible to give you maximum use of the house and garden.
