Nice, comfortable apartment with air-conditioning, near to the centre, the station as well as shops, restaurants and cafés. Good base to explore Nimes and surrounding areas.

Felt like home the moment we walked in. Tucked just around the corner from Place aux Herbes, the house was quiet, full of charm, and perfectly located. We settled in right away and could’ve stayed much longer. Thank you Yann

The accommodation was in line with the listing and very clean and beautiful. The only problem is the parking which is quite difficult but the advice of our host was important to facilitate this aspect. Excellent value for money, especially the air conditioning, which really served us well.

The apartment is very comfortable, quiet and clean. Located a few minutes from the train station and all this on foot. Very easy to access and safe place. Valentine was very proactive and very welcoming. I would definitely recommend this apartment. Thanks, both of you.

Julien's space was as advertised. The highlight was the balcony; when we weren't exploring the city or sleeping, we were on the balcony with breakfast or sharing a bottle of wine in the evening. The kitchen was serviceable, I wouldn't cook a meal in there as there aren't any spices but with the wonderful restaurants around there was no need to cook. The air conditioning was great but the bedroom could use a fan as the cool from the AC didn't travel. I have only two complaints: first, there weren't any instructions for the washing machine (we eventually bought our own laundry detergent and found a drying screen on the balcony as the dryer didn't seem to work). Second, it took them at least 8 hours to respond which if there had been a real issue we've would've been SOL. Thankfully there weren't any issues so it didn't affect our stay. I would have no qualms about staying here again or referring people to stay at Julien and Yohan's!

Fred’s apartment is something truly special. The pictures don’t do it justice, you have to see it in person and feel the breeze that sweeps through the house when the windows are thrown wide open. We loved every minute staying here and would love to come back. Everything in the historic center is walkable and every little street and alley is another adventure to explore. The Jardin Des Plantes (10 minute walk past the mini Arch de Triomphe) was a favorite of ours. We visited twice. And Fred was a fabulous host. He was there to greet us and walk us through the property. It was a very warm welcome. I can’t say enough. Thank you so much, Fred. We loved it.

We took a little break. Annie, a warm and incredibly great woman, welcomed us. Despite the language barrier, as we do not speak French, but only English and German, everything went smoothly. She showed us the beach and the apartment, and we immediately felt very comfortable. The apartment is small, sweet and furnished with a lot of love. The neighbors were also all super friendly. I can't report anything negative and am glad to have found this small, sweet apartment. We had cozy days and evenings. We were very happy to use the barbecue area and left our remaining charcoal for the next tenant, in the hope that even more people can enjoy such beautiful evenings there. The departure also went without complications. Thanks again to Annie – I hope to see you again sometime!

We had a great weekend in this rented house in the Gard for 10 people. The house is spacious, very well-equipped and perfectly suited for group stays. Nothing is missing, everything is designed for the comfort of the occupants. It is ideally located, quiet but close to many tourist sites (picturesque villages, rivers, hiking, etc.), making it a perfect starting point to discover the region. We highly recommend this rental and will be back with pleasure!

We had a great little week at Elen and Vincent's in this little cocoon. The accommodation is very cute, the patio very pleasant and in the middle of the jasmine flowering period it was magical. The accommodation is very well located, in the small alleys of the village, it is easy to park for free and the village of Margueritte is very pleasant. Elen and Vincent were very responsive and made themselves available as soon as we needed help. I recommend everyone to stay there.

Great property! We stayed here with our three dogs for a week. The house and backyard are great. The house is very clean and has a lot of modern touches like multiple air conditioning units, a refrigerator with an ice machine and water filter, large smart tv, and modern finishings. The place is very clean and well decorated. However the real star of the property is the backyard. It feels like an oasis in the city - the patio, yard, and pool are very well landscaped and a great place to relax. Our dogs loved the fenced in yard where we could hang out and enjoy the nice weather. The host was very helpful with recommendations for restaurants and places to take our dogs. She also left us a dog bowl, toys, and bags which was very thoughtful (and some local beers for us, which was also very nice). The property is about a 15 minute walk to city center and the train station where you can find a lot of great restaurants and bars. Overall it was a great stay and we would definitely stay again.

this house hidden in nature is the ideal place for nature and peace seekers. it is big enough for a large group without neighbors to hear or see any thing. a real recommendation in the hills of france

A lovely apartment on 3rd floor, with balcony, well equipped kitchen, comfortable bed and sofa bed, modern clean shower room. Extra additions of beach umbrella and towels are useful. access straight onto the beach from building. Good bars, supermarket and restaurants nearby. Tourist office and an excellent Bolangere open all day are both in main square Mairie Annexe. 200 metres away. We had an enjoyable stay.

We had a very good weekend. Apartment very well located close to the city center and FISE with underground parking, air conditioning in the living room and bedroom.

Beautiful location straight on the beach. Flat is bright, comfortable and easy to use. Excellent beds and showers. Owner is very responsive. Would definitely recommend.
