Two rooms have twin over double bunks, bed 3 Q, the master has a queen & full bath. Enjoy the summer sleeping porch with full, twin & an outdoor shower. Bedroom 2 has a crib. Lots of toys for rainy days, a dog cage, older PlayStation, DVD player, Roku TVs, fire table & fire pit. As of 2025, not part of Midway Beach

Our property affords off-street parking and a large back yard in a peaceful neighborhood. Erie Intn'l Airport is slightly less than 1 hr away, and Pittsburgh, Cleveland, and Buffalo airports are within 2 hrs. Please note: We have a no-smoking policy for our entire property--inside and outside. We also maintain a strict no pets policy.

This cottage was a perfect spot for our mini getaway. We enjoyed the lakefront restaurant and coffee shop. After a family wedding in a nearby town, it was nice to come "home" to a cozy space. We relaxed on both porches and enjoyed the easy walk to the lake. Kitchen is great for a quick meal. Thanks, Dave and Joe!
