This historic house in Franklin was perfect for our family of six while we were in town for a wedding at Forever Farm (beautiful location). Jonie and Ryan were prompt while exchanging messages. The house was clean and stocked with many amenities, making our stay comfortable. The kitchen had all the essentials (most important, coffee!). We enjoyed walking around the neighborhood during our stay. We also visited the Oil City Library and Grove Hill Cemetery. We ate dinner at Country Grub and breakfast at Baked Goods From Heaven and Woods & River Coffee. Thanks again for hosting us; we truly had a wonderful time!

I live in Conneaut and booked Nathan's place for my daughter and son-in-law, who were visiting from Italy. The location was perfect since they could walk to the grocery store, bank, thrift store, and the Rainbow Cafe! It's such a quick trip to drive or walk to the Lake that I much preferred having them uptown and close to amenities. The house itself was wonderful and allowed the rest of the family to come hang out, cook, eat, and connect. I've stayed in a lot of AirBnb's and would have to rate this as the cleanest. The rooms are both good sized, the bathroom is huge, and the beds very comfortable. There is just nothing to complain about... from booking to adjusting dates to access to check-out... there were no hiccups. Three snaps up for Nathan's place- I highly recommend it:)

The house was perfect for our weekend at the wineries! There was plenty of room for 10 people, the house was clean, host was very helpful, and it was a perfect location from the wineries and downtown Geneva. Will definitely be booking here again for our next trip!

Repeat customers here, and we will be back on our next time through the area (next week) because it is not that far off I-80. Casey's is a great place for a couple traveling with their dog. House is clean, very comfortable, has what we need, (including dog bowls!) and the fenced in area in the back yard is perfect for letting the dog have some good play time.

Ashley was wonderful. We truly enjoyed our accommodations. The cabin was clean and easy to get to. Tons of fun things to do. And an easy five dollar taxi cab to wherever you wanna go.

We loved this stay!! What a great location. So private. The house and grounds were so beautiful. My teens had a great time in The pool. The beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed. We spend one night with eight people (teens that are as big as adults) and a child. We had plenty of space to spread out. I wish we could have stayed longer!! Thanks for sharing your home with us!!

House was cute and in great quiet neighborhood. Would definitely go there again! Had a few hiccups but management was fast to solve. Would recommend.

Very cute cabin located within walking distance to the campground, little park, and Sally’s place. Easy to find and fit our needs for the trip.

The hosts were welcoming and responsive. The campground was well maintained and quiet. All of the other campers were friendly during our stay. Being so close to the creek would have made fishing or kayaking easy, but we just ran out of time! I appreciated all of the extra amenities including playground equipment, individual fire rings, a pool, swings, pavilion and bathrooms. With not a lot of choices in this area, we were happy to find this place and enjoyed our stay. P.S. we had great cellular service during our stay and were able to use our apps to watch tv and remain connected to the world.

Beautiful property. The photos honestly don’t do it justice. The pond is huge and the frog sounds are so fun. Loved the little touches like swings for the kids and fishing poles. Our party included four kids (10, 8, 6, 4) and 6 adults and we fit perfectly in both houses. The houses are charming, rustic and homey. Maria was so helpful and responsive. She made sure to give us clear instructions since we were arriving after dark and the area is rural. We were able to find the property easily thanks to her. Would definitely stay here again.

The Carriage House is one of the most peaceful places that we've ever stayed. The Rustic character and decor felt welcoming and comfy. The view of the pond in the morning while listening to the birds and drinking a cup of coffee - unbelievably Zen. We enjoyed soaking in the jacuzzi and having a good steam in the Sauna. The quietness was particularly stunning as well. We really felt like we had our own personal Spa for 5 days. I'm from the Knox area and will be staying here from now on whenever we're home for a visit. Our black lab Bella also enjoyed chasing the ball in the big field and going for a swim in the pond as well. Perfect place for a dog! The home was beautiful, very comfortable and my family felt right at home. Very walkable neighborhood and it was great for walking the dogs. Private fenced in back yard with two decks. Great selection of board games for us to play. Washer and dryer. The owner communicate ahead of time, made us aware of how to access the home and the guest book. Super great to have! Restaurant locations and things to do. Very responsive with questions about boat, kayak and wave runner rentals. Couldn’t have been happier with our stay.

This place is a gem in northwestern Pennsylvania. It’s perfect for nature lovers who enjoy birding, flora and fauna identification, outdoor activities like hiking, kayaking, and biking, and for those who want a quiet escape. The quirky decor adds a lively and entertaining touch of nostalgia while being accommodating in every way. Lee and Windle are excellent hosts communicating before, during and after our stay. We enjoyed the wood stove, metal roof and porch as it rained most of our stay but we were kept cozy and comfortable while still being a part of the outdoors. Highly recommended and we will return to check it out during different seasons of the year. Thank you for opening the is space for others to enjoy.

We were attending a reunion weekend at Allegheny and the house was close to campus. We loved how each bedroom was decorated and there was plenty of towels and other needs in the house.

This stay was just what we needed for our trip! We were so surprised to see that the kitchen, although tiny, was equipped with all the necessary items to create a great home cooked meal! The place was clean and so peaceful. We loved the tiny house feel with tall ceilings that make it feel so much bigger! I definitely recommend this one to anyone staying in the area.

Gene's place is wonderful! It was so comfortable for our group of five adults. The kitchen is fantastic, and there are so many thoughtful details all throughout the house. Highly recommend this spot!
