Holiday rentals with breakfast in Conwy Principal Area

My son and I enjoyed our stay and wouldn’t hesitate in recommending to others.

Me and my partner needed somewhere to stay after our spontaneous decision to come to Wales a day early. Marion's place was perfect for us! she was incredible with getting back to me on details and the facilities itself were amazing, exactly what we needed. A lovely peaceful room, really comfy bed and the shower! 10/10. Finally we had a lovely selection of breakfast items to choose from, which helped massively with our early start and busy day today! would highly recommend to anyone

Stayed at alyns place for 3 nights. Loved little room comfy bed, alyn and partner really make you feel welcome. Well stocked with fruits breakfast rolls, water porridge 😋 has all cutlery and plates provided for. Really lovey stay 💕 thankyou alyn and partner would definitely stay again

We received a very friendly welcome at the Bryn Tyrch, excellent hospitality, wonderful food and drink, and the room we had was wonderful, very clean and nicely and recently refurbed I think. All in all, I can't speak highly enough of our experience. Wonderful, thank you Rachel and team!

Glenys & Alun are absolutely wonderful attentive hosts that are easy to talk to and make you feel extremely welcome. We had a fabulous stay at their beautiful property set in the most picturesque area. We could not recommend staying here enough and very much look forward to returning again!

This was a fantastic place to stay for the weekend. really peaceful yet only a couple of minutes drive from town. Nia was really helpful.Gave us good advice about local walks and places to eat. I would definitely stay again.

Gerry and Karen were amazing hosts - breakfast was both immense, with lots of options, and at a time of our choosing. The room comes with 2 big windows looking out to the most amazing views of the sea and coast - we saw kestrels and jays and all sorts fluttering past, as well as fireworks from the towns for the jubilee. The bathroom was - wow - it’s worth just coming for the tub. Fantastic private bathroom. The bed was extremely comfortable, loved the touch of the duvet and the day cover, we both got a fantastic night’s sleep. Location was great, had a lovely walk down the hill and along the coast to the town, and had a lovely evening out at Llandadlow with the pier - hadn’t been of an a Ferris wheel in ages. Was very impressed to see Zoltar takes contactless payments now - must have seen it coming. Would very come back, and will recommend to anyone going through North Wales to make sure they make a stop here. Simply wonderful.

Such a lovely bright and comfy room. We had a lovely stay and felt so welcomed. The house is in a really beautiful location, and if you like the outdoors it’s perfect!

The bedroom was very large. The bed was very comfortable. We were all comfortable. We appreciated that we got some complementary food items. The kitchen had all the pots/pans and cooking utensils necessary. There is an individual and safe parking spot right outside her door which was important to us.

Our nephew and fiancée stayed here while visiting us for Christmas. Liz was very welcoming, supportive and they felt right at home. Given the Christmas season we all appreciated the little extras to welcome the season and make the whole stay just that but more special. Thank you Liz. We will definitely use this again for extra guests and recommend you to others.

Very spacious, stylish apartment with excellent amenities. Although on a busy road, it was very quiet. Parking was difficult, though.

The flat is really lovely and it has everything you’ll need. We loved our stay and were lucky with the weather hence we were able to sit on the lovely terrace and enjoy the sea. The place is 2 seconds away from the most epic coast walk from bull bay to Cemaes ! Thank you

We love to stay here when we come up to Formby. Feels so comfortable, well situated. The extra touches are very welcome. After our long journey, there are always nice things in the fridge for us to eat and drink on our arrival. John is there if you need any help, but it’s very much your private apartment while you are there. We now regard it as our ‘home’ in Formby.

Loved my stay at the Grove House. Emma is very kind, cooks a delicious breakfast and makes sure everything else is well looked after. I enjoyed our conversations and she has good hiking recommendations which proved helpful to me. The place has a very friendly feel and access is easy. The room is very well kept and pretty in decor, the location is very convenient for access to the village center, I was there for 2 nights and will definitely come again!

Bob and Julie were exceptional hosts—warm, welcoming, and thoughtful. Our stay was delightful, with a lovely breakfast each morning. The highlight was a thrilling surprise ride in Bob’s Caterham 7—an unforgettable experience! We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and would definitely return if we're ever in this part of Wales again.

Lovely stay at Susanne's B&B - peak hospitality! Susanne's very welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable about the local attractions. The breakfast (included in the price) was delicious. 3 mins away from the train station, so easy to get to without a car. Good public transport connections to Snowdon and Aber falls.

Really great stay. Carole was a superb host and made our hiking weekend easy and pleasant. The breakfasts were fantastic and kept us fuelled through the day. She was a pleasure to talk to and helped us a number of times with logistical matters. Couldn’t recommend a stay here more highly!

Wow! What an incredible place. The photos and description truly don't do it justice. The location is stunning, the history is amazing, and the conversation with the host was very interesting.

Rachel Anne is very friendly, easy check in, I suffer with mobility problems, just 1 step at the front door to negotiate, my bedroom, lounge and bathroom was downstairs so ideal. Breakfast was very nice, well prepared, at the time we wanted it. Very comfortable beds, would definitely reccomend it. The B&B is situated in a beautiful area, very quiet.

I had a lovely stay at Rhian's comfortable house! Rhian was always quick to respond each time and provided very clear instructions so the communication was very easy. The room is warm and cozy, and the bathroom is equipped with everything you'd need and kept impeccably clean. The house is situated amongst the hills and has a great view outside. Although I didn't have a perfect sunny time while I was there, it was still lovely. I'd recommend her place definitely.
