Holiday rentals with lake access in Conwy Principal Area

Had a great time. Had plenty of space for us and some lovely walks around. Was perfect for what we needed. Plenty of room for 8 of us and dog. Couldn’t figure out the WiFi or tv for the second lounge but it worked well in the rest of the house. We had a visit from some cows in the morning in the field behind, which was entertaining. Great for exploring the area. Always responsive to my questions.

We had a lovely 4 days, the house was lovely and well equipped, comfy beds and plenty of space for us all. We all enjoyed the hot tub, after a day walking. Great location close to shops and pubs and lovely views over the river. Our hosts were great, helpful, informative and patient. Would definitely stay there again.

Lovely cosy cottage in an incredible location. Snowdon start point is approx 35 mins away. Coastal walks less than 30 mins and we did a stunning walk direct from the cottage up and around the hills and old slate mines. Perfect for our short stay!

We had a wonderful stay! Cosy, comfortable and very clean cottage set in beautiful surroundings. Welcoming and friendly hosts. Beds are very comfortable with great linen and towels! The cottage is equipped with everything you need.

This was our second stay at Hafod y Gwynt, it is a unique property in a spectacular location with amazing views. It is not quite a luxury cottage, but it feels homely and has a really well equipped kitchen and cosy lounge. We were out walking during the day for our stay and it was a great place to come back to afterwards. There is only Hafod y Gwynt and the Pen y Gwryd Hotel at the location. The historic hotel bar is open to non residents so we visited to see the Everest expedition memorabilia.

We had a brilliant stay here over New Year. We had 8 adults & a toddler and had plenty of space for all of us. The house was very warm and cozy, with a great kitchen/dining space and a utility room perfect for taking off muddy boots. The area was beautiful with lots of hiking, cycling and running right from the doorstep with Llyn Brenig in very easy access. The host was very helpful with plenty of information beforehand and responsive when we had problems with a sticky door. Would happily return here.

We found the cottage with ease and were pleasantly surprised by the welcome gifts that the owners had left, thank you! It was very warm, comfortable and quiet...the perfect break for myself, wife and teenage son. We thoroughly enjoyed the walks in the surrounding area and beautiful Mount Snowdon. The nearby train station was very handy to visit Betws-y-coed and we can recommend the underground golf at zipworld along with the Welsh Mountain Zoo. The cottage was great value for money, we stayed for 5 nights but could have definitely stayed another week! we all returned home feeling far more relaxed and recharged...we will definitely book again and want to thank the hosts for letting us stay in their beautiful holiday home. Xx

perfect place for Northwales. private psarking in the most pictuersque town with all cafes , supermarkets , and beautoful trails a few minutes away the flat is modern , spacious and has excellent amneties Very close to snowdon and all north wales has to offer. Hari was super responsive and gave us recommendations for places to go without a doubt couldn't find a better place for our stay in North Wales

lovely place, exactly as described, beautiful view from lounge/decking, local to Anglesey, decent shops a few mins away in Bangor (and a maccie d's😀) 20mins from snowdonia railway via scenic route, will return for definite 👌👌

A very well equipped place, which was very clean with all the facilities you would need. Beautiful surroundings and we enjoyed a post dinner walk up the hill which had beautiful views of the sea from the top. Would definitely recommend

You couldn’t want a more perfect location than Grady’s it’s literally at the start of the high street with the harbour a 1 minute walk . Grady’s place had everything you’d need for a home from home stay .. we found it spotlessly clean and fresh . Grady was a great host very responsive.. we will definitely book again and highly recommend.

We had a truly wonderful stay! The property is in a prime location - close to key attractions and all the necessary amenities, which made our trip super convenient. The space was clean, comfortable, and perfect for our family. Our kids absolutely loved staying and playing here! The host, Sandra, was extremely helpful, kind, and very responsive throughout our stay. We felt well taken care of and truly appreciated her support. We’re very thankful for the experience and would definitely love to come back for our next holiday. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

Lovely apartment close to train station easy access to Liverpool

Darren’s place is an Airbnb dream! Clean, neat, and super homey. I felt so comfortable the whole time. The location is great too: close to the metro station, the beach, and lots of cute cafés. Darren was an excellent host, always communicating clearly and making sure I was settled in. I’d definitely stay here again if I’m ever back in Liverpool! ❤️

Everything was perfect with the accommodation. It is located in a beautiful and peaceful area, ideal for relaxing. The place fully met all our needs, and we really enjoyed the calm surroundings. Shops, cafés, and restaurants are all nearby, which made our stay even more convenient. Nicky was very helpful and friendly. I can only recommend this place!

The cottage is exactly as described and in photos. We enjoyed our visit and the highlight being the hot tub and tv room. Beds were comfy and had everything we needed for self catering. Would stay again if we were in the area.

Located in friendly village. Comfortable accommodation - loved the beds and shower. Great home base for seeing multiple sites in north Wales. Would stay there again.

It was lovely stay at John's Bryn Elltyd eco house. Property was at the excellent location with picturesque surroundings. View of the mountain was mind blowing. I would highly recommend the property if you want to spend quiet time along with your loved ones, amidst nature.

I've stayed in a lot of Airbnb's, and so far this has been the place I've ever stayed. Angie was delightful and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. the cottage was incredibly cosy and our pup loved curling up in front of the fire. The location was amazing for exploring Eryri, with plenty of local walks nearby. We're already planning our next trip to Wales and keeping our fingers crossed that we can book this spot again!

The cottage was perfect for our family and dogs. We had everything we needed for a great stay and felt at home very quickly. The location is very quiet with stunning views and walks from the doorstep. Being April the village pubs, cafe and shops were not always fully open so it is good to plan if you are wanting to use. We made good use of the log burner in the evenings and garden and patio when the sun shone. Lovely stay

This is a lovely place to stay if what you are looking is stunish views and relaxation as we did. Mark was very responsive and help us with every request instantly. The location is very good as you have lot of shops and restaurant just about 20 driving.

A lovely combo of wild rugged mountain beauty that you'd normally get from hiking/camping, but with some good historic stone cosiness. Given the reviews, I was nervous about driving my little Yaris up the track.... in the end, the day we arrived it was proper stormy with wind knocking bins over, road floods, etc etc. But I did it! I'm glad we packed everything we needed for food etc as I wouldn't have liked the idea of having to do a grocery run back down the track. We did see the farmer that was described as not friendly but he struck me as simply unsociable and not wanting to interact with people. Not a problem for us as we wanted to get away from civilisation! The views were as spectacular as you think they're going to be, if not better... Even in the rain. We loved spotting birds and listening to the wind whipping around the cottage, especially with a fire going. If you're a nervous driver or have a low car, do take that track into account but don't let it stop you.
