The Copa Copa Site 1 - RV Space

Enjoy the sounds of nature when you stay in this unique place. The Copa Copa is a tropical paradise with only 2 RV sites that overlook the Copano Bay. (RV not included.) Each site is rented individually and has a 75' long concrete slab and their own private wooden deck, septic, water, PK Grill 20/30/50 amp and wi-fi. The common areas are: A spacious yard with a picnic table, dipping pool, mini beach and a 214’ pier over the Copano Bay which is shared (only) with the other RV site.

Cozy, pet friendly tiny home with one bedroom and loft (loft has two full beds) located in beautiful Bay View RV Resort with tranquil freshwater lakes, two swimming pools, hot tub, clubhouse and kids playground. Laundry facilities available. Aransas Bay and the Copano Bay fishing pier are within 1/2 mile and offer some great fishing. Wonderful front porch for relaxing and bird watching.

We hope you will enjoy our 3 bedrooms, 2 bath home on the canal at City by the Sea. This home is right between Rockport and Aransas Pass and the best fishing holes are all around us. It’s a fisherman’s dream. This house is in a safe and quiet community. This is not a place for loud parties. We have 2 Smart TVs and outdoor cameras.
