Very good accommodation, Maria always answered our doubts, we felt right at home, family environment, the house met all our expectations, even more so for our 2 sausage pets, who had a large patio. The area where it is located is safe and you can walk to buy bread for breakfast. Very friendly concierge. In short, I recommend 100% this place 👍

I rented this property for a worker and they took good care of him even though he wasn't the one who made the payment. I had to postpone the arrival by one day and add 2 more people at the last minute and they had no problem. I recommend it 100%

The casita is in a residential area of the city, very quiet and without the noise of the city center, we loved the layout of the house, very cozy!

We loved our stay at Maximiliano's place, he was an excellent host. Quick and smooth communication, very concerned about us. Our arrival was on the day of the blackout and how could it was tried to communicate with me so we could be quiet about the arrival of the airport at his home. We needed a couple of utensils and he got them for us. We were super happy and enjoyed our stay in their house. Very quiet sector, with very complete convenience stores around. The house is about 5 minutes from the beach. How to maintain the order and cleanliness of the house: the garbage truck passes on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays. We hope to be back :)

Very nice and comfortable apartment as in the photographs,a spectacular view from the beautiful terrace view of Playa la Herradura,Puerto Guayacan and Coquimbo,to go by car from Santiago medium easy access so that those who do not know the area can complicate the return on Route 5 to enter the condominium . 10 of 10 is completely worth the value for a getaway to the beautiful region. The apartment of Rocío is very well located, in front of restaurants and close to bars, the view of the sea is unbeatable. Inside it has everything you need for a good stay, the host left us bottle water and two candies that saved us after a long trip.
