Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Coral Gables

Great location, easily accessible to main buses nearby connecting to most shops and restaurants. Was a nice quiet area with good privacy. Easily maintainable and walkable supermarkets with good parking space and many amenities in good condition available.

Host was very responsive and the place was clean! I appreciated the free coffee and fridge! Check in was easy and parking too :)

We loved staying in Valerio's place in Coconut Grove. Great onsite amenities (pool + gym) and easy access to the library (it's next-door), local parks, CG's restaurants, shops, and broader Miami. Parking was also a huge perk! It's worth noting that the bedroom doesn't have a door, so if you're traveling with a little one, you have to get creative. That said, the unit came with a pack n play which was a major plus – one less thing to travel with.

Perfect space! Host was amazing and the unit exceeded our expectations! We will definitely be back every time we visit our son in Miami!

The details improved my stay: refreshments such as coffee and snacks, face cloth for those who wear makeup, and dining wear ( coffee mugs, plates, cutlery, ect.). 10/10

This location was perfect, exactly as shown in the photos. The host Terri was accommodating, and responsive to messages. Also the attention to detail with provided amenities was perfect. Everything was thought of and supplied without even asking!

I had a great stay at this studio in Miami! The location was perfect—close to everything I needed. The space was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. I felt like I was in my own home. Place was better than what I was expecting. Love the decorations, best shower ever. Very quiet and clean neighborhood, close to everything . Home is equipped with everything you need. Only disappointment was I didn’t rent it for longer time. Will definitely recommend to family and friends. Looking forward to staying there again. It was lovely spending 3 nights at Andre’s place. We were lucky to find this hidden gem in the heart of the city, very near to Coral Gables (great neighbourhood) and easy drive to downtown, Key Biscayne and Miami South beach. Lots of grocery and eating options within few mins of driving. We were travelling with our 3 year old and celebrated his birthday there and had such a great time waking up to birds and green surroundings. If you are traveling with kids, this is a great place to be with all the essentials stacked in the house. We are not done with the city and will be booking this again :) Thanks for hosting us!

My stay was absolutely amazing. Before arriving the host give clear instructions, very informative about the area how to go about checking in and checking out and also on property itself. parking was easy I felt very secure and safe in the area of the Airbnb. I gave this Airbnb at 10 out of 10. most definitely book again.

We had a great stay!! The place is very nice, clean, well kept and super close to lots of great things to do! The hosts were responsive and super kind as well, couldn’t recommend enough!

Can’t say enough, good things about this house. Beautiful location, squeaky, clean throughout, plenty to do. Wasn’t sure about staying on a lake in Florida because of possibility of alligators. This lake is one of the cleanest lakes I’ve ever seen. We swam, we used their kayaks, and spent a whole day just floating out there. It is also a very quiet lake at least as long as we were there. Ran out of toilet paper and paper towels, and asked if we should go get some and within an hour, they brought them to us. Service was outstanding. If I ever go back to Miami, I am definitely coming back here.

Place was clean and walkable to many restaurants/stores in downtown Miami. Host was very responsive and friendly.

Everything was perfect the apartment clean and spacious

While in my stay in the condominium it was nothing short of the photos on the listing. It was clean, well organized, and to top it all off has a great ocean view and of downtown Miami. Has many walkable locations and restaurants in the area as well. Also has great amenities like a gym, pool, and restaurant in the lobby. Would for sure stay here again and recommend it to others as well.

Finally a 5 ft pool and it was beautiful. We came in early with no sleep and Diego managed to get us an early check in. We couldn’t be more grateful. FYI check in by the front desk. Ask them where and what spots to park when you get the keys upstairs. I was in a rush to stop and read the house manual because I just wanted to check in and go to bed. Will definitely stay again. Also pool access 4th floor and I think gym.

You get whats advertised: a great penthouse appartement on top of the Grand. You can acces the gym and pool and the staff is very friendly. If feels like a hotel, but with the privacy+space of an airbnb- appartement. The communication with the hosts is very good, they even provide you with tips for restaurants and nightlife. 5/5

I loved it there. I wish i couldve stayed longer, but i will definitely be returning. I recommend this place 10/10! Thanks Robert.
