But you'll appreciate some modern touches like air conditioning, an updated kitchen and smart tv. Still, it's easy to imagine the stories these walls could tell.

Just a quick mile (3 minutes) to the interstate makes this place close enough to be convenient and far enough to be quiet. Or, instead of hopping on the interstate, just continue on into the heart of downtown Cedar Rapids for business or pleasure. Luxurious 12 inch memory foam mattresses on each bed for exceptional rest. When you're awake, there's a Keurig and high speed internet (100 Mb).

Close to many restaurants, Breweries, local shops and bars with live music venues. Steps away from bike/walking trail, and Mt Trashmore. 30 mins to Amana Colonies, 30 mins to Kinnick Stadium in Iowa City.
