Parking is available in the driveway and access is via the terrace that goes with the studio. Wooden house located on the heights of St Etienne de Montluc close to the village and the train station. 15 km from Nantes and 35 minutes from the sea. 5-minute drive to GRDF Energy Training Campus and ENEDIS Training Campus.
