On the ground floor of our house, a studio of about 25 m2 in perfect condition and fully equipped with bed linen and towels. Parking is available in the driveway and access is via the terrace that goes with the studio. Note: our exteriors (garden) are still a bit of a work in progress. 5 minutes from the Super U and close to the RN165 (Nantes or St Nazaire). 15 min drive to Nantes. No baths please, only showers. The studio, comprising a bedroom (beds made), bathroom (shower and sink, towels provided), kitchenette (electric stove and microwave oven) and toilet, is located on the first floor of a castle (15th and 18th century) in a quiet, floral and wooded environment, 1 km from the village by a private forest path.
