Under 30 minutes to Victoria's City Centre, and only a 10-15 minute drive to the world famous Butchart Gardens. This place makes you feel like you’re miles away yet conveniently close to everything this amazing city has to offer. *Please note that a new house is being built next door, so there may be residential construction noise during the day.

We are located in beautiful Cordova Bay. The area is a favorite to locals and tourists. Cordova Bay has an expansive beach. We are a short 1 min walk to beach access and the Beach House Restaurant - closed, Mattick's Farm is a 1 km walk away. Mt Douglas trails and park is a short drive away. The guest suite is on the second floor of our house. It is spacious, fully equipped and has two private entries. There are beautiful views of the ocean, Mt Douglas, San Juan Islands and Mt Baker.

Cozy lower level space w/an ocean view, private entrance & patio. Great for couples. 5 mins from Cordova Bay beaches, Elk Lake, Mattick’s Farm, Gigis Deli & market, Adrienne's Restaurant, Cordova Bay Golf Course, Mount Douglas & more. 15 mins from the ferry & downtown (by car). Enjoy a king sized bed and a loveseat for watching TV. The loveseat is not big enough to sleep on. Pls inform me of any breakfast preferences. *Please note that the space has a lot of stairs to get to the house.

Welcome to the seaside vacation home! This independently accessible suite is located on the ground floor of a seaside villa at the eastern end of Victoria. With the sea right outside the window, you have the opportunity to admire the marine life and natural landscapes depicted in the property photos. Morning, lie in bed and enjoy the spectacular sunrise; Evening, on the terrace, admire the sunset and the moon over the sea. Here, you can experience deep relaxation, delight, and surprises.

Centrally located, we’re 15-20 minutes from the ferry, airport, and downtown, 10 minutes to Butchart Gardens, and 5 minutes to great hiking and biking. Nearby, you’ll find charming farms and restaurants. The closest bus stop is 2 km away. Your suite includes a fridge, microwave, Keurig, and kettle for basic meal prep. No smoking or scented products, please!
