Our small romantic mill room is set amid gardens, apple orchards and vineyards. The mill is located in our yard, right next to a small creek - relaxation in the middle of the countryside. If the nights become cooler again from October, you can also warm up in our cozy farmhouse parlor by the tile stove before crawling up in the mill under the cuddly ceiling.

Beautiful studio apartment in a very serene and peaceful area, yet close to old town and market and restaurants. Everything looked brand new and very clean, and the garden out back was beautiful to sit in in the morning or evening with a view of town, old beautiful church, and sound of a nearby river flowing right below. Mei was very friendly and responsive and even left some waters and bottle of local wine to welcome us. Thank you for a great stay!

Regina was extremely welcoming during our stay, we felt very comfortable there. Everything was straight forward, excellent facilities and absolutely beautiful apartment with a spectacular view among the mountains. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful getaway and one that provides everything you need to be comfortable. Even despite the language barrier, Regina was extremely kind and made sure we had everything we needed. We hope to visit her place again one day!

We had very pleasant days at the Gebreitnerhof. The apartment was clean, well equipped and is beautifully quiet in the middle of nature – ideal for switching off. The bread roll service in the morning, which you could book through local providers, was practical. We also liked the small farm shop with fresh organic products, and the guided tour of the farm with the possibility of self-harvesting was a great experience. We were traveling with a dog and enjoyed the area for walking very much. Overall a relaxed stay with friendly hosts :)

We loved staying here! The apartment was spacious and very clean and had everything we needed. Pictures are underwhelming as the place is even nicer and more spacious with amazing views! We enjoyed the sauna after a long day of hiking. The location was peaceful and remote giving us respite from the city business but still being within 10-15 mins to great restaurants and shops. Brixen was awesome to explore and one of our favorite cities to visit. Michaela was very responsive and accomodating!

This is one of my favorite places that I’ve ever rented in Airbnb. The flat is newly renovated, very clean and tidy. The owner is generous for preparing Brixen cards for us during the stay. The flat is easy to find and with parking space. Normally I would feel unease when staying in other studios of Airbnb but this place is clean and cozy, which made me feel like a home. It’s recommended for those who would drive a car for traveling to Dolomites as the location is not too far away from major spots. The only downside is that the town has no other shops (only one restaurant available), supermarkets and gas stations. You need to drive for around 15 minutes to nearby town for buying grocery or eating out.
