Jeffery’s rental was perfect. He has such an eye for detail and it’s beautifully decorated. Our view of the ocean from the sitting area outside the rental was spectacular! The space contained everything you would possibly need and was extremely comfortable. This is our second stay at Shell Cove 1 and we highly recommend it to others.

This was our second time staying at your condo. Once again, we really enjoyed ourselves. We really appreciated the fact that you had two regular beach chairs for us to use. We had a wonderful time once again. Everything was just perfect.

The conso really is just a few steps to the beach! We felt right at home the moment we walked in. There are plenty of great restaurants in the area. We tried 3-4 and would go back to all of them. My teenage daughters said this about the room: “It was perf!” and “so cutsie and adorable”

We had a really nice stay. It was a great walk to the beach and local restaurants near by. Definitely recommend for anyone who wants to stay on the beach without the outrageous prices. The air b and b was also stocked full of anything you could need and the host was very responsive.

We absolutely loved our stay at Scott’s place. The condo was sparkling clean- I am extremely picky about cleanliness and was not disappointed. The kitchen was well equipped and we appreciated all of the beach gear Scott had available for use. We loved the location and the view from the balcony is unmatched. Scott was quick to respond with the minor issue we had at check in and quickly resolved the issue. We had the best time and will definitely be back!

Great spot for a long weekend getaway! The space is cute, thoughtfully laid out, and most importantly, right on the beach. This was such a luxury to not have to worry about loading a car, driving, parking, or schlepping beach equipment over long distances. Plus the beach scene is very quiet and uncrowded here. Also worth noting, we didn't find the road noise, or any other environmental noises, to be a problem. Lara was a responsive and accommodating host, and had great recommendations for us during our stay!

Everything was great, perfect location and perfect space for the two of us for our getaway. Air conditioning worked well in bedroom and living room/main area (I think some people previously commented on it being hot & the entry area is warm and not directly air conditioned, but the unit had several fans in the closet). We didn’t find this to be a problem at all for us. Everything was clean and as described in the listing. The only “complaints” if you could even call them that was that the WiFi did not seem to work no matter what we did and the water pressure wasn’t ideal for my husband, yet didn’t bother me too much so maybe that’s subjective. Overall, the owners were very accurate with what was offered and received, and they were very responsive as well, answering any questions we had very quickly, and calling us when we had a small issue with parking at first when we got there. They were friendly and asked how everything was going during our trip and we appreciated that very much.

Just checked out of Kate’s place! What can we say, as a family of five and also our parents we had the most amazing stay. The property is as described, super clean and spacious! The kids loved the pool area and spend countless hours playing around the pool and with the vast array of games throughout the villa. The Area was beautiful, gorgeous beaches and friendly people! Kate was an amazing host, always insightful, friendly and very responsive. What a fabulous family holiday full of lots of new memories created. Thanks Kate!

We booked this spot after we had to evacuated our original booking due to a lightening-caused fire. Christy saved our vacation with her quick response and accommodating accommodations. Her place was clean, well-stocked, and well-done. We really enjoyed the pool, which is spectacular. Christy had all sorts of beach equipment and wagons to make the short walk to the ocean easy. We had so much fun! Thank you!

Our stay meaning 2 couples 7/4-7/14 was totally enjoyable. Furnishings from beds, kitchen, dining area, living room and pool area was outstanding. The home was decorated nicely with a beach vibe. The kitchen was well stocked with any utensil one would need in the kitchen. Also more than enough products to get us through our stay; such as dishwasher pods, Tide, shower/ bath products and even seasonings. The bay view was a plus. There was 2 issues one with hot water in hall bathroom. After contacting John late evening maintenance guy was there early the next day to resolve the problem. The other issue was with TV reception in 2nd king bedroom. After emailing John he walked me through instructions to get issue resolved. Great house with outstanding hosts. Would highly recommend staying in this home.

This was the perfect place for a nice, peaceful long weekend. The house was perfect. Spacious and extremely clean, the pool was perfect and a nice was to relax after a day of outside activities. Love the tv on the back porch. Our last day we fished off the dock then grilled and hung out in the pool while watching a movie. It was so relaxing. Fishing was good as long as you had an outgoing on incoming tide. Caught a variety including trout. Publix and everything else you need is literally a couple miles away, but you are still in a very quiet neighborhood. The hosts were amazing. I’ve never had host respond as quick as these hosts did. They weee very helpful. The first pan is to stay here again and this time bring a boat with us. I can’t think of one negative thing to say. Everything was perfect!!

This home has everything you can think of to make your stay comfortable and peaceful. The hosts have stocked the kitchen with any cookware you’d want. The bed linens and towels are luxurious and cozy. There are child and baby items for an abundance of sleeping arrangements. The views are incredible and the home decor is really well thought out. My family of 5 stayed for a month and we had no suggestions for improvement, and we’d be happy to return again. Great area and great home!

What a wonderful property. The view is incredible. You are really right on top of the beach. The sound of the ocean while drinking my morning coffee will be something I dearly miss. This place is perfect for families ( really anyone) Our 2 year old son does not have beach stamina yet. No problem you are on a private beach. The apartment is a couple of minutes away ( even at toddler walking speed). We would bounce between the beach,apartment and pool in a matter of minutes. The apartment is stocked with everything you need. Shopping and restaurants are super close. Will, the host is top notch. Book this property with no hesitation ( if your lucky enough) We hope to go back.

David’s home exceeded our expectations and was an excellent choice for our stay. It was conveniently located near all the beaches, restaurants, groceries, and shops, but not in the midst of the bustling city center. David even provided us with a variety of beach essentials and even bikes for our convenience. The home was spotlessly clean and well-stocked with blankets, towels, and cookware and dishes. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be returning in the future.

We had a wonderful stay at Ammey’s place. The location was perfect. It was close to all of the restaurants and shops on Bridge Street, it was an easy walk down the beach to other restaurants located right on the beach. It wasn’t far to Coquina Beacb and my husband enjoyed the walking/running path there. The condo was well appointed for our group of 4 people and would easily fit three couples. The extra beach umbrellas you can rent from Ammey were so convenient. There were plenty of chairs and beach toys. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to AMi.

Another wonderful 2-week stay in unit 204 at Harbour Villa Club ... our favorite vacation spot! We thank the owners for sharing their lovely, comfortable home; and, we thank Nikki for her attention to detail in assuring our stay went perfect. We notified Nikki of excessive wear with some baking trays and frying pans, and brand new sets of both were delivered to the door the next morning!! The kitchen was fully stocked with many cooking essentials (dishes - glasses - bowls - crockpot - utensils, etc) and the unit was very clean. The bedding is so comfortable, and the view is just magnificent!! We hope to be back again ...

Location, location and Location!!! This spot is a perfect getaway from busy life. My husband and I loved that we got to wake up at whatever time and just step out the door and the beach was a steps away. The bed is super comfortable and we would wake up so well rested the next day. Colin provided excellent recommendations for local spots. The condo was super clean and it was so comfy to come back to after a long day at the beach. All in all 10/10 stay and we would stay here again in the future.

Another wonderful trip to Siesta! This is our third stay in one of Evan’s places, and we were not disappointed. This unit had a great view of the Gulf (this particular building has the most direct view, without the parking lot!), and the screened in lanai was amazing! As always, the unit was clean, well-stocked, and a perfect home away from home. Already counting down the days till we return!

It was a very clean and modern unit. Two very comfortable queen size beds. Fantastic views of the beach and sunsets from the balcony. Great parking and easily accessible elevator or stairs. Very quiet, not many people around. Felt like we had the pool and beach area to ourselves. Great lounge chairs for use on the beach the unit had two umbrellas for our personal use. Publix supermarket 2 miles away was very convenient as well as many great restaurants and shopping. Roman was easy to communicate with and responded immediately. Highly recommenced.
