One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

During the summer, whether you are hiking or biking, you can start and tackle one of the many great outings possible in our uncontaminated Valley.

Biohof Ruances Studio

With a view of the Alps, the studio apartment Biohof Ruances in San Cassiano is perfect for a relaxing holiday. The 30 m² property consists of a living/sleeping area, a well-equipped kitchen and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 2 people. The apartment is equipped with everything you need for the kitchen and the dining room. There is a microwave/grill, toaster, coffee maker, dishwasher, vacuum cleaner, hairdryer, washer/dryer. There is a double bed and a sofa bed, great for 2 adults, or 2 adults and 2 children.

The house is located in the centre of the village of La Villa in Alta Badia, on the main road, near the ski lifts (Gardenaccia 3 minutes and Piz La Villa 10 minutes) and near the main hiking trails. The apartment, recently renovated, is on the first floor and the rooms enjoy a beautiful view of the Dolomites. Fully equipped to spend a pleasant holiday in every season, in the heart of the World Heritage Site.
