Your perfect holiday is waiting for you : at the Haus am See am Markkleeberger See near Leipzig The garden area was also completed in June. It was the last hurdle after a 2-year renovation. We left it in its natural state at the front of the house and I am still happy with what is sprouting there.

The magnificent cottage with its own terrace and forest property is located in the Göhrenz district of Markranstädt right at the gates of Leipzig. The high-quality and luxuriously equipped house impresses with its proximity to Lake Kulkwitz. Free parking, a fireplace and a private playground. The special service includes all-inclusive drinks, snacks and hygiene items. Pure luxury is available with XXL flat-screen TVs and LED lighting as well as a large corner bathtub.

Summer house with large terrace and private garden in a small forest near Leipzig – quiet surroundings, clear lake within walking distance (5 min) and Leipzig around the corner (25 min by car, 45 min bike/tram). The house is fully equipped, there is a large south-facing terrace, a fireplace & a piano, a table tennis table & various sports equipment/games, washing machine, fridge/freezer as well as oven, garden/deck chairs & four bicycles and of course Wi-Fi.

The apartment is located in Göhrenz in the immediate vicinity of Lake Kulkwitz. Overall, the apartment has a floor area of 52 square meters and is equipped with modern furniture, TV, radio, free Wi-Fi. Two vehicle parking spaces are included in the rental price. The apartment was completed in 2018. The apartment is very suitable for divers. Equipment can be dried and enclosed. You can get dressed on the property and walk to the lake with equipment.

Comfortable detached architect house in Leipzig for up to 5 people. The city center can be reached in 30 minutes, to the A9 exit Leipzig-West is 15 minutes. Many shopping opportunities are very close by. The house has a large garden with 2 terraces and is right on the Elster-Saale Canal. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Private access to the canal with small jetty is available. Garden sauna and kayak/sup are available on request.

Our newly built (May 2020) spacious holiday home is located in a quiet location directly on Lake Hainer and yet not far from the metropolis of Leipzig (20 km).
