Baita Alpe Aurelio-Hut Lago Maggiore

Characteristic hut located in a high mountain pasture (7 huts)at 1000 meters above sea level. Reachable only on foot in 40 minutes from the village of Miazzina (VB) by an easy path.Allows to enjoy the wild atmosphere of the nearby Val Grande Park and offers an outstanding view over Lake Maggiore.The hut is equipped with a wood boiler providing hot water and with a solar panel producing electricity for lighting and charging electronic devices. In July and August we prefer to have 3 guest or more.

Gaze over stunning 180-degree views of islands on Lago Maggiore from the expansive, floor-to-ceiling windows of this lovely, 230-year-old rustic stone villa. Antique furnishings perfectly complement the historic architecture. The house is on 3 floors so a fair bit of walking up and down stairs is required. The main bedroom is on the upper floor and the 2nd bedroom (two single beds) and bathroom on the lowest floor. Ideal for couples and families but not for the elderly or groups of 4 adults.

House from the early 1900s, renovated and furnished with beautiful views of Lake Maggiore for lovers of tranquility and walks. The house has a bedroom (sleeps 4), attic (sleeps 2) and sofa in the living room. From the free parking, it can be reached in 100 meters on foot. Only 6 km to reach Verbania. Check-in via Roma 1 Miazzina 12:30/1:30 p.m. or after 7:00 p.m. Except July and August, 2.0 euros per cubic meter on gas consumption. Consult the House Manual. Only small pets 5 euros per night.

The Darsena di Villa Sardagna, since 1720 belonging to the noble villa of the same name in Blevio, is a one-of-a-kind open space, made of ancient stone, white wood and glass. It overlooks a splendid panorama characterized by the historic Larian villas, including the Grand Hotel Villa D'Este. It offers a magnificent sunbathing terrace, ideal for romantic sunset aperitifs. Upon reservation, it offers breakfast, lunch and dinner service, as well as boat-renting and limousine taxi boats.

Independent house on the ground floor living room with kitchenette with beautiful fireplace, the wooden staircase leads to the bathroom equipped with shower and anti-bathroom with sink. Three other steps lead to the attic with exposed beams and balcony where you can enjoy the views of the surrounding mountains of the Valgrande National Park. Cossogno is a Municipality located in the heart of the Valgrande National Park where you can reach all the itineraries of interest.

The house is surrounded by nature, reachable only on foot 300 meters from the parking lot, but very close to the lake and the village that offers art and culture, beautiful panoramic views, restaurants and beach. You'll love it for the tranquility and vastness of the spaces, the views towards the lake and mountains, the intimacy, the exposed ceiling, the comfort, the large lawn around. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and families with kids.

Just a 15-minute walk from the road, beyond the woods, you will find a small barn renovated entirely in keeping with tradition and using materials of the past. After crossing the woods, all your daily thoughts will vanish in the encounter with nature, leaving room for the essence of things.
